Rocky One of the most over rated films ive ever seen...I say seen, i watched an hour of it and bailed. Reinforced my opinion that stallone cant act, and his character - rocky balboa - behaves like someone who is mentally ill. Honestly, if he went around newcastle acting how he does in the first 30 minutes of that film, he'd be sectioned. I get that he is meant to be somewhat dim. But there's dim, then there's this guy: Who talks to himself in a mirror about how many moths are in his turtle food. It isn't really fair for me to rate it, as I havent seen the second half. but for the first half Id give it a generous 3/10

My Grandad (a Geordie who has lived in scotland for 20 years) moved to a village about 15-20 miles north east of Glasgow a few years ago and he had a fucking awful time there. He is remarried to a Scottish woman, and like i say, has lived there a long time, but he lived next door to what can only be described as a fucking animal. This man, every single time he saw my grandad, would heckle and abuse him verbally. One time my Granddad's mate had come over (An old scottish friend from where he used to live) and on him departing from my granddad's new house, the new neighbour came out and absolutely tonked this 75 year old man who he just assumed was English. He keyed my granddad's car, threw a brick through his front window. Was fucking awful. My Granddad isn't a small man - bout 6'2 and broad - but the guy who he was living next to was just a fucking nut job. Total awful cunt who not only abused him but called his wife of 30 years a whore for going with an Englishman. Council eventually rehoused him somewhere else in the village. And ive been there with my dad and uncle and been to the WMC in the village and had no bother from the majority of people. There are cunts everywhere, and its difficult to separate the individual from the collective when your blood is boiling. On topic of the new Rangers club, if they get let into division 1 straight away, that is a fucking outrage.
