I wouldn't be getting my hopes up about them leaving like. No substantial proof just assumptions. If this club has taught me anything it is the folly of assuming anything about it at all.

Alan Pardew - Poltroon sacked by a forrin team
ADP replied to Kid Dynamite's topic in Newcastle Forum
I have no respect for that man whatsoever after that performance and those comments. I've defended him in the past but I honestly could not give a shit if he left tomorrow.- 10610 replies

I think it's fair to assume that diabolical has already been defined this afternoon by one Davide Santon... He's going to AC Milan one day though so we'll let him off. He'll come good etc. Fuck off.
-
Just about sums it up to be honest.
-
No. He's just fucking shite.
-
Fucking rights.
-
Agreed.

Utterly pathetic bunch. Absolutely ashamed right now of this football club. Pardew hasn't got a fucking clue. Hoof ball takes out our best players. Santon having a fucking shocker. I'd put on De Jong for the crack right now. It can't get any worse up front. We haven't done anything at all. I hope the fucking bellends are happy. Just completely deflated. It isn't even the scoreline, it's how we have played. Spineless, gutless, clueless. Lacking any creativity in the route one tactics. It is a cliche but not one of them deserves to be out there in black and white, no matter how much Taylor screams and shouts he will always be a Championship player at best. I've gone from watching this agony to watching this farce.

Just saw an unbelievable stat on FF considering the amount of games he has played - Ben Arfa is 4th highest successful dribbler this year in the PL. Big game for him today as well.

Shola has been giving Mackem defenders sleepless nights for years man.

When Sunderland press and close down they can be really irritating and difficult to play against. They thrive on that scrappiness, we NEED to match them in this and give them absolutely no time on the ball. Sammy needs to be drilled on his defensive duties and be willing to help out with Johnson who is easily their best player. If Sammy can help out Santon there with keeping him quiet I think it will go a long way towards a good result. We will score. Yes Remy is out and Cabaye has gone, but we have too much quality and create too many chances not to get at least a goal (something I'm sure Pardew will have accounted for given the 0-0 Norwich). Need to keep heads as per. I'd like to think that Tiote has matured a bit this season and his discipline hasn't been that bad (comparatively), but I have no doubt that the mackems will be out to wind him up. Perhaps the thinnest silver lining of Remy being sent off last game is that Pardew may have highlighted the importance of not rising to the opposition when they are acting like twats with cheeky digs (wouldn't mind a meaty tackle on Borini early on mind just to check him... can't stand the little cretin). We need a win I think. Pardew needs to get the derby monkey (I don't mean Poyet) off his back for one, but the club needs a lift after this week. Hopefully we can capitalise on their tiredness from their recent match schedule. Head says 1-1 Heart says 2-1

I like the way he hits the ball I like it the way he scores a goooaoaaaaaal De Jong De Jong Jong Jong (To the melody of 'The Thong Song')
-
Any news on Gouffran by the way?
-
Mackems have made 5 signings so far this month. We are hoping De Jong can hit the ground running but if any of their new players start then they will be wanting to make an impression as well.

Nor am I, but a rare premier league outing - first in a while - with a performance like that suggests he's worth hanging onto for a bit longer to see what happens. He could do with reading the game a bit better and attack positioning I reckon. Needs to work on his goal threat but motm for me tonight.
-
Sammy was decent tonight I thought. Looked like he had popped a lung at the end like.
-
Johnson should have been checked early on. He got away with too much throughout the match. Stupid of Remy to react though.

Anyone else think that the Premier League 'theme tune' sounds like a song you'd hear on super mario when you completed the game?
-
Should be ahead. Sammy done good. Need to put the ball in the net though. Anita needs to come into the game a bit more I think.

Isn't exactly a dream welcome that has been reported in the media. Also, 'he is a very good player who is interesting and is apparently a nice guy' From L'Equipe via SS http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11678/9138387/transfer-news-psg-say-they-are-in-talks-about-the-signing-of-yohan-cabaye Asked what attributes Cabaye brought to the table, the PSG president told L'Equipe: "One, he is a very good player and very interesting to us. "Two - I have never met him but I was told he is a nice guy. "Three - he is French and it is very important for us at PSG to recruit French players to bring into the French championship." It has been reported in France that PSG stars Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva have expressed doubts about the merit of the signing. But Al Khelaifi added: "The players are there to play. "There are major players like captain Thiago Silva or Ibra, who may have their feelings about this or that player, but they are completely in line with the club's point of view. "Of course, they want the best players in the world to come to Paris. But Cabaye is a very good player, no doubt about it."

What exactly has happened in Germany with him? Does anyone know why he hasn't played much since April? I remember being really excited last time we were in for him after his time in Holland. Just hope he hasn't developed any serious confidence issues or anything while in Germany.

The sour taste of selling Cabaye and no deals done this window will not come from not buying a direct replacement, it'll come from a lack of strengthening the team at all. To be fair, I think that we could get by and reach a 8/9th top half finish (get in ) if we sell him and do not replace him in January, but the fact is that other areas of the team need strengthening as well (CB, ST, to name just two positions), and yet again we seem happy to revert back to a squad of bare bones after a period of relative squad depth (the luxury of having Ben Arfa on the bench, basically). It is the fundamental selling and not buying which will piss everyone off. Not actually buying anyone for two windows in a row, while selling your best player in one of them would be a clear sign that mid table inertia is all we have to look forward to for the foreseeable future. I just wish that Ashley would come out and say something. It's the lack of communication which fucks me off the most. All we get is the vague translations through Pardew who, to be fair to him, is stuck between a rock (us) and a fat cunt.

As someone else said, if he does go, and the derby doesn't go well there will be a hell on that could possibly infect the rest of our season. Hate to be a doom monger but....

Agree with a lot of what you have said mate, some good posts and points made. Particularly pertinent, and perhaps what it all amounts to, is the above.
