A great gesture again.No payout the first time due to Pardew ringing the changes resulting in a probable win ( payout ) turning into a draw ( no payout ).Maybe Pardew would have had a different view on substitutions if he had been lined up for a payout.

Didn't he promise something similar a couple of years ago,and the non-playing staff ( stewards,cleaners,tea ladies etc ) were on track for the bonus when Pardew,who wasn't lined up for a bonus,rang the changes and we ended up drawing with WBA,resulting in no payout.I hope Ashley doesn't think the players will give a little/lot extra to help with this bonus.
