Apart from Arsenal winning, results went our way yesterday.Tottenham and Chelsea both dropped points.Man U and Citeh both lost.If the makems take a point off Liverpool and we get at least a point at Goodison ....... Santon and Debuchy are attacking fullbacks.Griffin,Anderson,Vennison and Arron Hughes were defenders who weren't much cop at attacking.I would have any of those defenders,in their prime,before Debuchy and Santon .It's not that they are dropping individual bollocks,we are poor defensively because they are always out of position.And to think i thought Beresford was a poor defender.

Would Santon be a better defender at right back.Being played on his stronger right side would benefit the lad but if you cannot defend,you cannot defend,whether on the right or left.When we have our fulbacks bombing down the wings,why are no other players covering or organising the defence.We seem to get caught out time and time again through no one anticipating danger,only reacting when it's too late.

How many times have i got to say this.Santon and Debuchy cannot defend.They may add to our attacking moves but far too often defend as defenders who cannot defend defend.
