Book your accommodation early because of the 100th anniversary of the start of the war.Beaumont Hamel,Pozieres,Thiepval,Lochnagar Crater,High Wood,Delville Wood and Butte de Warlencourt are all within a few miles of each other.I found the Michelin road atlas Benelux & North of France very helpful.Cemeteries are clearly marked and good details of WW1 villages and towns of interest are shown.

My great uncle is also named on the Thiepval memorial. He died July 14th 1916. I visited the Somme recently to see his name.Have you been to the Somme
-
Thank you for that.My great uncle, who never played for NUFC, died at the Somme in July 1916.

Park on the lane at Dunstanburgh Golf Club.Use the facilities at the golf club as everyone is welcome.Walk through the golf course to the beach and it's a half hour walk to Low Newton by the Sea for a drink and or snack break at the Ship Inn then walk back to Dunstanbrough Golf Club. You'll not regret it.

Rafael's tackle. Man utd still getting the decisions i see.The ref wasn't going to do anything about it.You can see him in the background preparing himself for the throw-in,then decided to take action by booking him .If Vidic's tackle was a red,so was M'Biwa's,but no one seems to think Vidic's was,yet everyone thought M'Biwa's was.Definitely similarities.Tell Moyes Chelsea's first goal did not come from a set piece and their goal came from a misdirected shot from Blinky because he thinks they were hard done by

fergie took over in November during the 86/87 season and finished 11th ( they'd finished 4 th the previous two seasons ).The season after they finished 2nd,then 11th , then 13th.

In 9 seasons 3 European Cups 6 League titles 3 League Cups 1 UEFA Cup No European Cup qualification by finishing 2nd,3rd,4th or 5th in the league in his day Fergie had 19 attempts and won the Champions League twice. The best ever manager had 6 attempts to win the European Cup 3 times and had qualified again when he retired at the end of the 82/83 season

The makems believe the Ballon d'or should have gone to Adam Johnson,so with the real best player in the world playing for them,a win at SJP is guaranteed. -
He's a makem so you have to expect disgusting behaviour as the norm.Quinn when a player for them was given the hockle treatment, as was monkey heed.Better than being glassed though

Krul was to blame for the fist goal. Not for the first time he shit his pants at a 50/50 challenge. -
The makems do have a history of spitting.

Gouffran was running away from goal, and running in a different direction to where the ball was coming from.He made no attempt to play the ball and was two yards in front of Hart,so whichever way you look at it,it should have been a goal. The linesman could only flag for offside, due to his positioning, and not interference. If the ref had a good look at the incident, his only action was to give the goal. He shit his pants and gave a free kick.I noticed he held his arm up for the free kick.Is that what they do if interference takes place.
