  1. Wah fucked now.Its not as if we can bring Big Joe off the bench to notch.
  2. Any chance of Balding Barnes not complaining for a couple of minutes
  3. Yellow for Tarkowski but, but, he never took his eyes off the ball.He hasn’t got eyes in the back of his head !!!
  4. Just watched again.Carrolls arms are head height while his feet are on the ground for leverage, then by his sides when he heads the ball.Dier’s left arm ,that he uses for leaverage, never goes above shoulder height and his right arm/hand could quite possibly have touched the ball on his way down.Dier’s right arm is just above waist height when Carroll makes contact with the ball.At this point he knows he’s lost the header. Then he raises his right with the clear intention of handling the ball.Clearly hand to ball.If you still disagree, you haven’t watched it frame by frame
  5. Look where Carroll’s arms are in the photo. He’s already raised them for leverage and they were never at the height Dier’s are.Dier throws his right arm up to meet the ball. The REF made the correct decision. And yes,I’ve watched incident again.
  6. Unfortunately for him, making yourself bigger by raising your arm in the hope you deflect the ball away from it’s intended direction ,in the box,is a pen.It was his last chance of ‘guiding’ the ball into an area he thought less dangerous .
  7. Watch where Dier’s arm is when Carroll makes contact with the ball and where his hand/arm is when he touches the ball.In your case,Kid,watch it with your glasses on.The REF gave the pen.The REF studied the incident and gave a pen for handball. The REF agreed with me that it was a handball.Because VAR ‘asked’ the ref to have a look at the pitch side monitor, the anti-VAR brigade will not accept it was a handball.
  8. He moved his arm and connected with the ball so aye,he must have.
  9. A chance for Joe from Linton to prove he’s not good enough to play in the Championship.
  10. I don’t think the Dier handball was unlucky because he moved his arm towards the ball after Carroll had headed the ball. The defender could do nowt that one.
  11. Shelvey and co will need to practice on keeping going again.
  12. ‘We worked on it yesterday to keep going’ So if they hadn’t worked on it,the day before they played against Newport ffs, they would have chucked the towel in !!!!
  13. Serious cowardice shown by Krafth for the Newport goal.
