Toontastic Summer Piss Up - Weekend 25th-27th July??
Meenzer replied to Scottish Mag's topic in General Chat
Happy Face's aunty will be gutted. But penalty-takers on the other two teams will be thrilled. Sorry to hear that though. I could resolve to speak German all weekend in an attempt to keep the Teutonic element intact. (Or we could all just consume insane amounts of Zywiec in lieu of invading Poland.) I should be there with my fella, anyway - count me in for the footie too, he'll stand on the balcony with Cath and point and laugh. -
Let me guess, this one started out life as an Essex girl joke about a batch of kids called Wayne?

I don't think the players themselves would have to do anything to engender that reaction from anyone who's ever been to Bordesley Green or Small Heath.

You'd have to use an Oyster card that's registered to your actual name and address, I suppose, unless they were stalking you Menezes-style in the first place. I don't, so if anyone needs any London-based crimes committed, give me a shout.

tbh.

I think I remember that. Where was it again?

I'd seriously go along to watch the thing if it wasn't in bloody Teddington. I have no shame.

Why On Earth Would Sara Cox, Call her baby Isaac?

Cox-Cyzer A double barrel name that screams porn career. Kid's basically born to be a fluffer. The shame! -
Why On Earth Would Sara Cox, Call her baby Isaac?

Even if the kid takes his dad's surname, "Isaac Cyzer" is a bit of a mouthful. Albeit less obviously wrong. -
At least we could have stood them on each other's shoulders to create one decent-sized striker though.

2-0 Everton, Arteta. They really deserve it too.

American Gladiators was surprisingly canny. The sheer daftness of Hulk Hogan helped a lot. Ian Wright though?

I sometimes wonder how anyone can afford to run a car at all.

This masterpiece has just been mounted on a lamppost right outside my front door: Firstly: "persons"?! At the risk of sounding Foppish, I fucking hate civil servant-speak. And secondly: can someone please reassure me that my temptation to take a permanent marker and change the word "POD" to "POO" is completely normal?

Ah, the intrigue, thrills and danger of a Gosforth upbringing. It made Smooth Operator the man he is today, you know.

Yeah cheers for that Martin, and how would you like it if I just called you a big puff?! I'd deflect it with a camp comment and a wink then cry myself to sleep about it, dahling, same as always.

With a house price crash and a macroeconomic downturn on the way, new-build inner-city tower blocks will be the sink estates of the future. Discuss. Or don't.

Revenge for denying her grandchildren or vice versa? She didn't know at the time (or did but was in a seriously well-crafted state of denial). Although thinking about it, she did sell it to some family friends for their son with whom I'd had a bit of how's-your-father a few years previously, so there could have been an interesting bargaining chip/blackmail tool in there if I'd been a bit more savvy at the time. Though I'm not sure how exactly. Oh well, it was only a fucking Clio.
