Put Lubenica (The Melon Route) Bunch of illegal Chinese immigrants turn up in war-torn Yugoslavia, drown in a river on the Bosnian/Croatian border. Girl survives, buries her father on the riverbank, becomes involved with haunted ex-soldier who lives on the edge of town. Language barriers and much gangster activity and eye-gouging ensues. I fucking hate Balkan cinema.

15 minutes. This villain thing is just too funny, especially when you try to cover up how desperate you are to always have the last word by making what you say - gasp - invisible. It's like a little kid singing "I know a song that'll get on your nerves" over and over again on a ten-hour car journey, getting a slap off his dad somewhere around Scotch Corner then spending the rest of the trip self-righteously muttering "Got on your nerves though" under his breath while trying not to cry. Villaintastic or what?
-
Well then how wrong you were! I agree entirely.

I'd assumed it was always illegal and they just turned a blind eye to it, to be honest.

I'm sure there's a couple of activities further up your list James.... Congrats bawan Like I said, "one" of the most important..... And to be fair, you should probably have got the hang of the other one long before you're allowed behind the wheel of a car.

Barricade the doors! Congrats mate.

Thats wanking material for you, you nonce. Just cos your lass would win a Bella Emberg lookalike competition doesn't by any means mean I can get it up at the sight of a boiler son. Bella Emberg. What a concept.

I agree and fear that's not enough - Villa, City etc will be spending that imo. that's no investment tho is it , its just using the tv money like every other club will be . lets face it , we were the only team tobe beaten by derby . if everyone else spends 50 mill , and we spend 50 mill , there is little chance of us moving forward . With Keegan in charge from the start, this squad would have been competing with Portsmouth, Blackburn, Villa and Everton. Matching their investment will ensure we do so next year and put ourselves in a position to bid for top class players and really spend big. I honestly believe we're better off spending about as much as we did last year, anything more and we're throwing money at average players because no-one with ability and ambition should be attracted to us right now. I think you are right. Shush. Adults are talking. I know you are but what am... oh bollocks.

Which one's closed? One of them was Dillons iirc before it was Waterstones. It was, yep. They've close the one that was Waterstones beforehand and kept the Dillons one. -

Aye, it seems to be the done thing these days to use actual book shops for browsing, then make a mental note to check out how their prices compare with Amazon etc. when you get home. Mind, for all it was daft for Waterstones to have two branches practically opposite each other in town, I'm gutted they've chosen to close the one that was actually nice. Hope someone finds a decent use for that building at some point. -

Your mum. Despite the homogenisation of the industry as a whole, there does seem to be a niche market for online shops specialising in (say) catering to indie boys who like their limited-edition first-week vinyl and so on, but whether that'd translate into a physical presence in this day and age it's hard to say. It's certainly a lot more cost-effective to rent a moderate warehouse space on the edge of some shithole feeder town from which to develop a mail order business than it is to find a central retail unit that'll get the clientele you'd need to survive as an actual shop, anyway. Having said that, I've seen a few places that successfully combine the café vibe described earlier with physical music sales, insofar as they play the music they sell and hence attract a crowd who are into the overall ethos of the place, but that (and indeed any combined business) would open up all manner of additional complications. -
Rubbish, Shepherd would have persuaded the lad that Newcastle was just past Walthamstow on the Victoria line. While belching ambrosia fumes into his face.

Would've been a second yellow I think. Not that that makes it any more excusable.

That'd be the first thing I looked for in a houseboy, to be honest. -
I went to a wedding in Calderdale last summer. Lovely neck of the woods (in parts). I suspect a certain level of background inbreeding though.

Well if nothing else it'll give the country a flavour of how it feels to have the Tories in charge...

Also, how crap is the line "YOU ARE BLACK"? A pot with any kind of nous about it would at least say something like "Excuse me, Mr. Kettle, but I couldn't help noticing that we appear to be of a similar hue." That's one big JPEG of missed opportunity right there.

I'll be out for a couple the neet to drown me sorrows. :icon_lol: Go for it, at least you won't have to worry about driving home afterwards.
