You're drinking in the wrong pubs! Or it might be a southern softy thing, I suppose.

Aye. Who's the one on the right by btw? She's fucking lush. How can you not tell that it's Radgina. No puke stains down her burqa.

Add his surname and it's an anagram of GAY RHINO CAT. I think we should be told.

I'd be concerned about being groggy if something did go wrong and they had to evacuate or whatever.
-
Yeah, nobody's ever made that joke before.

I'm afraid while Mr Ashley owns our club we will continue to sell our best players. Still, its being run like a business now which is what was wanted. Anyway, what is your ex username ? Leazes man change the fucking record, you boring old cock. You're a grown man embarrassing himself by arguing like a 5 year old. Gem, I found the naive ignorant posts boring as fuck mate as I kept saying, and those who complained about the old regime have no grounds for complaint now, whether you like it or not. We are going nowhere under Ashley, or nowhere near the level we should be at, just stating a fact. Fill the ground, make money, spend less and compete at a lower level. That, appears to be success to our new owner and what he wants and also what a lot of people wanted ie a business. Fact. The sooner he is out the better although unbelievably there are people out there who could still be worse again. I don't think anyone is disagreeing with the fact that the sooner the current owners fuck off the better, Leazes. It's taken as read now. If you don't say it in every post, you never said it at all.

It's an election year

That's such a good post. It deserves far better than this bloody thread.

Still working my way through that Lagavulin from before Christmas, though it might be done before the night's out.

Fat Cat sampler. You get it free if you sign up for their e-mail newsletter. Well worth a listen.

Bit harsh on Garth Brooks like.

Exactly, and what do the tv cameras always home in one when they're at our matches? People with no shirt on in the first place?
-
Can't believe you're watching that bro. I'm not, it was just the terrestrial alternative to the Pelican Brief. I may be a Eurovision fan but I do have some standards.
-
It's got to be better than Norbit, anyway.

Lampard was not the first but in any case the bloke was overcome with emotion. He could have spun on his head for all I cared, fair play to the bloke. Given how supportive it is documented his father was, I can imagine the tide of emotion he would have felt. I wouldn't go as far to say it's bad taste, I just don't like how often it's been copied and done. Death in the family should remain as private as possible. That's my take on it, and as I've said why point to the SKY? Because you feel your old man is watching over you in some way, regardless of whether you actually believe in heaven or not? I think it's quite a nice way of going about things, to be honest. I agree that death should remain in the family, but if you're a footballer then, by definition, your job is to get out in the public eye and play football. And I reckon Lovenkrands has done it just right - let the club do the talking, "he's gone back to Denmark, he might not be back for the next game", then play the match, pay a wee tribute and get on with life.

The post-match interview was class, like. Basically amounted to "So, Peter, your dad's dead. Thoughts?"

A likeness of his old man.

There was a black chap at the Lewisham roundabout today holding a "God is great" placard while disturbing the traffic and urging repentance on the part of local sinners. He seemed particularly keen on shouting his gospel at the Muslims passing by. I'm still a little confused as to what to make of it all, but your mention of "humour" makes me wonder whether that's exactly what immigration has helped us realise - that boring old CofE is nothing compared with the version of Christianity where you get the songs, the beats and the insanity on your side. this black fella, did he get arrested for being religiously intollerant towards the muslims? Funnily enough, no. Then again, the police in this part of the world probably have better things to do with their time.

Tell you what Leazes, you might have about 20 odd years on me but that, fire & water and Mr Big rate as some of my all time favourite tracks; Wishing Well, topping the 3. Without question though; Paul Rodgers is the best vocalist this country has every produced. I've seen him twice now and I'll see him again in April when he tours with Bad Company; ahem Birthday present for my Dad Great post. :) Dar Williams - When I Was A Boy
