A low(ish)-fare airline called Vueling apparently flies there from Heathrow. Don't know if that's any good for you. Or Easyjet do Stansted to Asturias (Oviedo), which isn't ridiculously far away as the crow flies (100 miles or so), though it doesn't look like train connections exist. (Buses/hire car maybe?) That's all I can think of anyway... I suppose you could fly into Porto and combine it with some time there, but again, buggered if I know how you'd get to La Coruna from there really since trains seem to be non-existent...
