  1. Easily resolved: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Use-My-hole-Clean-..._dmt_dmusic_t_3 Removes the swearing yet somehow manages to be filthier than the original.

Those roast veg will form the basis for a smashing winter soup, too.

And, combining the sausage content of my post and the honey content of CT's, I absolutely swear by these when we're hosting Eurovision parties chez nous http://www.nigella.com/recipes/view/cocktail-sausages-91

Mind you, on a similarly revelatory note, I have to say that Tesco Finest pork and chilli sausages smothered in sweet chilli sauce and served with spicy wedges and buttered broad beans is quite the exquisite Sunday night meal. It can't always be caviar.
  5. Looks like there might be a bit of momentum growing around it, mind, so do go and buy it for next week's chart.
  6. http://www.toontastic.net/board/index.php?...st&p=824815 Tried my finest to help it into the top 40, but to no avail. Gets him into the Hit Singles book for posterity though.
  7. Full results, for what it's worth: 1. Tony McCoy 293,152 (41.98%) 2. Phil Taylor 72,095 (10.33) 3. Jessica Ennis 62,953 (9.02) 4. Lee Westwood 58,640 (8.4) 5. Graeme McDowell 52,108 (7.46) 6. Tom Daley 50,763 (7.27%) 7. Mark Cavendish 44,170 (6.33) 8. Amy Williams 43,056 (6.17) 9. Graeme Swann 13,767 (1.97) 10. David Haye 7,538 (1.08)
  8. Thursday is unlikely mate, early North-bound train in the morning. Plus I don't like you. Good points both. I shall sink some PrismBombs on your behalf.
  9. Give us a shout if you're out on town on Thursday night as I might be doing drinks around Charing Cross/Strand neck of the woods. But aye, otherwise catch you for the next televised game I guess
  10. Aw, you make me blush. You about for lunch this week? Nar, probably not, got a lot of work to shift before Christmas. Unless you're free and willing to head out to the darken'd shores of the River Quaggy.
  11. the feeling is mutual. Some people don't earn respect from people like me. A smart lad like you, should realise this. Anyone give me Dotbums name yet ? Planning on getting the pastry bag out to make him a personalised Christmas cake? How sweet.
  12. Direct correlation between that and the crippling personal debt we've got in this country. EDIT: Merry Christmas everyone though.
  13. Anyone else tuning in? I should know better after the snorefest it's become in the last few years, but I'll be watching anyway. Tony McCoy's the hot favourite with the bookies despite having no personality, but then that didn't stop Giggs last year. You could almost call it a lifetime achievement award if they weren't giving that to Beckham this year.
  14. Let's just say it was 'heavily implicit' in his posts to dotbum. you're misreading him man, he's just out for a romantic meal. at least I had hoped that's what it was bum chum
  15. Used to get no end of stick from an old fella in the row in front of us for being a "hippy". When someone finally told him to give it a rest he said his son had long hair too so it was OK. Weirdest variation on a theme of "I'm not a racist, I have black friends" I've ever encountered.
  16. what's your problem with that ? Are you Martin's bum chum btw ? I bet your 16-year-old daughter is impressed with your enlightened outlook on life.
  17. And what actually comes out on the page:
  18. "I Am So Happy To Finally Be Back Home" indeed.
  19. Happy happy. Beers with the lads tonight. Booked flights to Hamburg for February. Found out I had 2½ days more holiday left than I realised so I'm off work for the whole festive season. Had one of my tweets retweeted by Tom Daley. And got a call saying I've won a trip to a hotel on Lake Geneva in a pinko leftie Guardian website competition. On the flipside, company have decided to pay us by cheque this month because they're buggering about with their payroll system. Nice of them to do it in a December when there's hardly any banking days for it to actually clear before the end of the month.
