Aye, if I was still living in Germany then kebab would be top of the list, but the version you get here - even the "proper" ones, in my experience - is too horrendous to contemplate.

Stevie man, you spend that much time in SE London and don't even put "Fried chicken" as one of the options? I'm shocked. Horses for courses really, there's a decent Chinese takeaway over the road that does the basics for not much money at all, but if I'm coming home after a night on the lash then it's chippy all the way. Pizza for a hangover, definitely. Love Indian but rarely if ever get it for a takeaway, it's an "eat in" thing as far as I'm concerned.

Neither way round for me, they were both clear as day.

Naw, do. It's a crock of shite.

CT finally snaps and gets his own back on his cyber-tormentors

I don't have a problem with that. Except if you start again with another £5, your target should be £300. The next time you start again, £450. And so on.

Eetsa not so bad.

That's a hard one to beat. I'll throw "eating crisps for a week because he thought they were 17 calories a pack" into the mix (although the marketing ethics were pretty shoddy too ).

Failed to cover its assets apparently.

FWIW, so far I've mostly dived into the "to qualify/not qualify" markets and laying top 10/5/4 finishes on Betfair where I think songs are grossly overrated. If you really want the full tedious breakdown of how I see the market right now then let me know.

Reckon they have a chance, Meenz? Naw, probably not - song's a bit difficult and they don't have guaranteed votes like the rest of the ex-Yugos do. Problem is I can normally narrow the list down to 3-4 potential winners by this point, whereas this year none of the bookies' faves excite me in the least - so might as well go a bit left-field. They'll not even qualify for the final now, obviously.

Bet 1: Eurovision Song Contest 2011 Slovenia to win @ 40/1 - £3.67 (Paddy Power) Total returns incl. stake: £150.47 Current bank: £1.33 Right, there's my audacious attempt to leap-frog everyone if you haven't made it past the £150 barrier by May 14th. Now to find something to spend my £1.33 on.

I have sent the mandatory £2 card bought from Tesco Express. Family love never dies.

Given that it would involve running and we're in a thread full of fat bastards (present company included)...
