Headlines say Blatter isn't seeking "revenge" against the FA for daring to criticise him. Body text repeatedly quotes him as being "surprised" at the FA's actions and includes quotes like "England in my opinion needs to build bridges both within Uefa and Fifa". Ah-hah.
