  2. Asking Nick an option-based question without starting a new thread with a poll in it? FORUM ETIQUETTE FAIL
  3. No (still enough goodwill from the last one even if the latest one is a bit meh) and kinda (nice in isolation but there's only so many minutes of directionless twee I can take, and that's coming from a Eurovision fan). End off.
  4. He'd be pretty much in the middle of the bell curve of the people they have on there
  5. He's right though. This thread was spackertastic enough already. I'd say delete it out of good taste, but sometimes you need a reminder of these things.
  6. A contract mobile is hardly a necessity if cash-strapped or a basic human right though.
  7. Mind that would be canny funny. "Happy anniversary! Here's two portions of Curry Hell."
  8. Canny. I was thinking the more different the better really. I'll try to pop into Selfridges on the way to Kings Cross on Saturday but otherwise I'll have a look in Fenwicks once I'm in town.
  9. Take them to the Rupali. I might just get them a (nicely presented) bottle of sloe gin. It's all my mother knows.
  10. Heading home this weekend at pretty short notice because my folks have decided they're going to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary after all. Which is nice. Suppose I have to buy them a pressie now though (with or without a ruby connection).
  11. Not (just) "the children of", but youth members of the Labour party. Wor lad Eikeland was already a regional youth leader within the party who'd been predicted great things, for example. sniffer's comments aren't even worth stooping to, obviously.
  12. I'm actually quite enjoying this guy.
  13. Supporting local businesses. Big society ftw.
  14. This is currently up in the window of my local newsagents, alongside the handiman services and second-hand IKEA furniture and all. Classy.
  15. This Scouse lad I know only ever goes out with Asians. Does that count as racism or positive discrimination?
  16. I'm a little disappointed, I was hoping that was going to be along the lines of http://www.blackpeopleloveus.com/
  17. Time to call in the pros methinks. Wasps are fucking cunts.
