Exactly. So many people have this phobia about not wanting to "bother" the doctor, and men in particular can be such idiots about their own bodies too. If something's wrong or different or just doesn't feel right, get it checked out. Simple.

That's a brilliant blog, going to make sure it gets passed around and (most importantly) acted on. Good to hear things are going the right way now and good on you for being so open about it, that's exactly what the subject needs

If only the photo gave any indication of the size of the pan - that would be £50 worth of ready meals right there!

I'll have to remember it first, it was all a bit improvised. Or rather I can do the ingredients/method but not the specific quantities or timings, which I know you like to have (that's not meant to sound patronising but I realise it does ). Will have a look around online to see if there's something that looks similar.

It's looking a bit "gourmet supper chez CT" at the minute, but it tastes and smells lurvely.
