Shush, people aren't meant to know about that summer I spent in Vegas.
  2. I do love the logic of fan-voted awards (at any kind of awards ceremony). Entertainer of the Year despite only just having started headlining his own tours.

I'll do karaoke, but only if I'm with friends (and no one else) or if I'm on holiday somewhere where I know I'll never see any of the other people again. "Viva La Vida", Tim McGraw's "Live Like You Were Dying" and Michael Ball's "One Step Out Of Time" are particular favourites.
  4. Mind, everyone's shite on HIGNFY these days. Shark well and truly jumped.
  5. Because I fink she is funny and that. (What did you expect me to say? )
  6. Just picked up tickets for this: http://www.comedyfordepression.com/ Decent line-up for a good cause. (Full disclosure: I actually like Jo Brand.)
  7. Just got tickets for a fairly short-notice Kacey Musgraves gig at the Bush Hall.
  8. You said it yourself. "Atheist = without gods". That's how we're born. If you want to move your own goalposts, by all means do so.
  9. Late-stage ABBA album tracks. Surprisingly rewarding.

    Meatloaf

I hear she often finds herself singing "I'd Eat Anything For Lunch (but I won't touch that)".

I'll be right back, my mp3 player has a date with a bonfire.

    Meatloaf

I'm sorry, are we supposed to be surprised that CT likes a singer named after a stodgy food product? Anyway, what I will say for Mr. Loaf is that, because all his songs are [a] drawn-out multi-parters and the same, you can get away with having just one of them on your mp3 player. This is my choice: ...because it's mawkish, melodramatic and bloody brilliant. Plus it's spot on for pacing a ten-minute session on the rowing machine.
