If you're going to use jars, the Aldi ones aren't bad at all, aye. One of the big brands used to do the whole "spices separate on top of the jar" thing, they were specifically what I asked people to bring over to me in Hamburg 10+ years ago (along with Chocolate Hobnobs and Monster Munch).

Maybe you passed too much the first time. They couldn't record a score of better than perfect so you had to go back and try again.

Well I'm sorry, but if the rich aren't allowed to become even richer, how will they ever get to be the only ones who enjoy all of that lovely growth we're doing?

Ran over a brick on first test, lost a hubcap, still passed, told this story on TT at least half a dozen times, still awesome

Google always springs a surprise or two.

Wasn't tonight btw, and posting that immediately after praising disabled-hater IDS is quite remarkable even by your standards.

Generic small time football blather thread 2015/16

Not at all, just British, so 1939 is obviously the starting point from our POV - 1941 is when Hitler invades the Soviet Union. -
There are always minor sacrifices in the pursuit of tasty, tasty growth.

You'd get none of this nonsense at Regent Centre Metro.

In hindsight, running in those Asics for longer than I should have done may have been a factor in me hobbling around for the best part of two months this summer. Got a smashing pair of Brooks now that were properly fitted. They didn't come cheap, but being able to walk is useful too. I've got a hilly 10k race in Greenwich Park lined up for just before Christmas, because that'll be delightful. On Wednesdays I tend to be in leafy Bromley for meetings so I've taken to running home, gradually trying to step up the distance a bit - did 10k two weeks ago, 11k last week and 12k yesterday, which is literally the furthest I've ever run (I "did" the GNR several years ago, but I was a 16st alkie at the time so let's just say it didn't involve a huge amount of actual running), but I'm acutely aware that I'd be finding it all less of a struggle if I complemented that with some targeted gym work. I've got a cheapo membership for the local budget gym but finding the motivation is proving an absolute pain (#firstworldproblems, I know). Basically I've let myself get sufficiently out of shape that I know it's going to be even harder to get back into it again. So anyway that's my mumsnet update.

Bit harsh on CT, that.

Germany just nominated their Eurovision entrant for next year then withdrew him a few days later after people kicked off at his lyrics and worldviews, which include some anti-Rothschild content. So that was nice.

http://www.steinbierkeller.com/newcastle/ One of their weekday offer nights is "Dam Buster Tuesdays". Keeping it real. -
I'd have said a GPS running watch but I rather unexpectedly got one of those for my birthday, so now I'm a bit stumped. Mainly looking forward to chilling out with the in-laws and eating them out of snacks and home, tbh.

Further proof that Uber is admirably Thatcherite.
