Still, fewer Polish small businesses to offend the sensibilities of the good people of Stoke and Boston, so at least there's that.

Newcastle United v Birmingham City - FA Cup 3rd Round Replay

I'd get him to abuse some more foreigners just so we don't even have the option of playing him. -
"In a 2017 that’s likely to be pretty bleak, Britain’s political parties don’t have a vast amount to look forward to. Labour is fading away like a wall of bold colours facing a sunny window. UKIP faces an existential crisis scarcely concealed by the party’s bluster. The Conservatives will probably govern for the next decade, but it might be a loveless and grinding affair. The Liberal Democrats feel like they sky’s the limit only because they’ve spent the years since 2010 locked in an electoral dungeon." http://publicpolicypast.blogspot.co.uk/2017/01/where-do-uk-parties-stand-now.html

Having not gone pro till he was in his 20s, I suppose he'd know. -
This nonsense: http://www.anjumanand.co.uk/Home/CookBookDetails?CookBookCategoryID=4&CookBookSubCategoryID=0&CookBookID=59 Surprisingly good for breakfast/lunch, but aye, definitely looks ridiculous.

The Fish wouldn't care about what someone from Lewisham thinks, we're not on the tube after all.

I'd move back in a flash if jobs/life took us there (well, him, really - I can work from anywhere with vaguely functional internet). It's a lot nicer than lots of British cities, it's well enough connected, and it's reasonably near to a lot of brilliant countryside, which is the kind of shit that becomes more important as you get older and boringer. (As a Gosforth lad I'd be looking on that side of town, but that probably goes without saying.) Though obviously I might have a less romantic view if we hadn't missed the boat on buying a place in London.

That couple of minutes was pure Germany-Brazil. Hot knife through pre-melted butter. -

I couldn't support a player whose name sounds like something you'd say to a miniature dog. Who's a Boudebouz then? Who's a Boudebouz? You're a Boudebouz yes you are.

The 7-1 is still fucking hilarious mind, precisely because of the way the Brazilians think about their national team.
