This is how I've been trying to do things generally since all the Brexit/Trump stuff kicked off, really - focus on your life, your neighbourhood, do nice things where you can actually make a difference, and try not to worry too much about what you can't control. The only trouble with coronavirus is that all the community stuff has been put on hold too so now all that's left is to fret about the big stuff.

Not just that, that was one little comment she made among lots of others. Which goes to explain why the responses have been similarly scattershot and hard for people to get a handle on (the constructive ones, obviously - the outright abuse isn't helpful to anyone).
