I hadn't thought of it that way actually. That specific part of town (i.e. North Greenwich) is kind of eerie - it's still London, so never quiet enough to be called a ghost down, but it's certainly got a slightly deserted feel to it. That particular need for development notwithstanding, though, Blackpool could obviously do with a hot cash injection too.
