Is that a gay euphamism? Round of applause for the man. I typed it before reading the rest of the thread. Bloody hell make one mistake and they treat you like you're rain man. Being slower on the gay innuendo uptake than Wacky is something to be proud of, frankly.

He was flicking more than your subbutteo around from what i can gather, probably your Karky button taking the flicking tbh I'd love to say I taught him everything I knew, but my experiences with Immac are sadly limited.

Took us a while to figure it out, but I went to first, middle and high school with one of the lads on here. And I used to let him have a flick of my Subbuteo and everything.

But again, if you know you're going to be out and about a lot and it's all going to be after 9.30am, the £4 single fare thing isn't going to worry you as you can just get a £5.10 off-peak travelcard anyway. Saves paying the £3 deposit on an Oyster card too.
-
I suppose it might be worth getting an Oyster card and loading it up with pre-pay, as you'll be capped at a bit less per day than what you'd pay on a paper ticket. That said, if you're only in town for a few days, it might just be easier to buy a day travelcard for whatever zones you need every day. Also, if you're taking the train out to Charlton for the game, you can't use Oyster on national rail services anyway so you'd need a zone 1-4 paper travelcard for that and getting back into town afterwards. Oh, and day travelcards are cheaper if you buy them after 9.30am, so that's a good excuse to take it easy at the breakfast buffet. Confused? You will be...

Did middle-class Victorian England take their inspiration from them? After Rob's time tbh

Despite it not having anything as brilliant and Power Out, I think it might be a stronger album than Funeral. It's gone in at number bloody 2 on the charts and all. (Bunch of Keegan-era bandwagon-jumpers etc. etc.)

I'd expect more than a quick twist of the head for a million pounds.

Down-to-earth drinking types with a wicked sense of humour = Disingenuous village idiot types who think their Oirishness gives them the right to basically be very, very dumb = should be pelted to death with potatoes
