Well empirically I think we can safely say - as fans - playing nice wont help a thing. Team doing great, journos and fans slowly warming to Mike - everything is set for him to turn his image around - rather than try to make amends and fix broken friendships, Mike sees the success on the pitch as an opportunity to do something even more vile off it. He`s the sort of lad who - when offered a finger - takes the whole hand off. No protest is going to help, the only thing who will leave Mike fuming is huge amounts of Kitbag gear on display.

Warming up to a club name change

Some Norwegian supporters arguing this is what needs to be done to narrow the gap to the top 4. Tottenham are doing the same with WHL, would you rather have CL fotball and SD arena or SJP and relegation battle, 10 million extra is a player a year, if Cissè comes in december this will all be forgotten bla bla bla... Seems like there is no way to achieve success with the SJP name, and that simply renaming the stadium will do wonders Also the 8-10 million is already earmarked it seems

How much did fat Ash pay for Newcastle United?
Lake Bells tits replied to ajax_andy's topic in Newcastle Forum
plus a 50m mortgage and 36m owed in player installments. So the total cost was 290m (ish). With a running costs loss of 30m. Flipping heck, ok well that does put a bit of a different slant on it, now I can't decide if we are overpriced and you were too, or in fact the valuation of £150m isn't that ridiculous after all??? Nar it is because fattie had no idea what the size of the debt was when he bought the club. Im having problems believing this, is it for a fact comfirmed that he did not do any due dilligence? His wealth point to the fact that he is a shrewd and skilled business-man...? -
It's more complicated than that, why should they put you off going though, why? I go because I love them not the owners, or the policies I go in hope that they fuck off. We need buying out, 18 months ago I said after PSG were bought out that they were the best investment in world football, after them it's Newcastle. PSG have now been bought out as I predicted and we remain the best investment for a buyer in world football. We arent if Mike is asking 3 times the price of what the club is worth .That has been and is the problem and the reason why we will never be sold unless we go down a division. As long as we lie dead in the water around midtable this is the perfect scenario for mike. Keep selling players for a profit, put the money towards running costs, buy players cheap or on the free, sooner or later it is going to make him money.

I guess how big of a fan you are is measured by how many tickets you have bought off Ashley? I dont really see how slagging off foreigners as " not real fans" makes sense. I dont have any affiliation with the club through my upbringing, but I chose this team when I was 9 years old and have followed it ever since... Im sorry if my status as a foreign fan insults you in any way mate.. You know what I was getting at. You don't go to games anyway so continuing not go is achieving what exactly? I would say it's an empty gesture but it's not even a gesture. I have no issue with foreign fans whatsoever. I take issue with people being hypocrites though. I could go quite often through the norwegian supporterclub, but I dont... for what its worth. A trip for me would be approx 600-700 pounds for a weekend all in I reckon.. with a decent owner I`d probably go 4-5 times a year. Im just offering advice from a general perspective...

Its as simple as asking yourself: " Do I want to give the hard-earned money I hold in my hand, to Mike Ashley so he can continue to turn NUFC into a marketing vessel for Sportsdirect?" Fuck what others do, ask yourself that and you have your answer.

Which is the point of my quote. It's rememberance day! Imagine If our soldiers just though fuck it, we'll let the Nazi's invade cos there's not much we can do about it. Considering Stevie et al make such a fucking fuss about how awesome our fans are it's disgusting how apathetic we are. Keegan wouldnt have let it happen, Shearer wouldnt have let it happen, Bobby wouldnt have let it happen. MA doesnt want to sell the club anymore. Its making him cash now. Hes halved the wage bill, conned the fans into another 5000 season tickets and thousands more on 10 year plans, the outrage at us selling our best players gets less and less each time it happens. He's fucking laughing all the way to the bank and people are doing fuck all about it. Sub 20k crowds for the rest of the season would have the worlds media sitting up and taking notice and would have MA looking like a prized bell end. I've done my part. So less of the fucking grief Stevie eh, until you pull your finger out your arse and do something other then bitch and moan on here you havent got a leg to stand on It's about the team on the pitch on any given matchday and their performance on that day, is having the team struggle/plummet worth it to "get back" at an unpopular owner. The only way he's going anywhere is if the teams doing well, he recoups his subsidies and he makes a wedge on his shares. Up until now, I was of the opinion it wasnt worth it. The slider is slowly moving now mind...

Even though the numbers will never add up, nothing wrong with taking a personal stand. As Gandhi once put it: " Nothing you do here in life will matter in the slightest, but it is still very important that you do it"

protests come no bigger than fans choosing not to go. Action in my eyes.

Every time we win a game, Mike Ashley sells more SD merchandise...nice thought

Sold to Manchester United for 12.5 million summer 2012

Ramblings about St.James this and St.James on banners and shirts is like squirting water on a goose, it wont work on Jabba. He`ll chuckle " ey dekka, look at this, how cute"... The only thing he understands is huge Kitbag banners and t-shirts.

19 pounds for a t-shirt is a fucking joke. should be 4 quid.

I've never committed criminal damage in my life, well once when I was young and daft but no one ever found out, but I'm telling you now. The sign on the wall beside the stairs on Barrack Road, St James' Park, if they put Sports Direct Arena there I will go down and pull it down and I will. Mug Mug? You're the cunt who was on about superior race or summik, you fuckin wrongun. Look at you man, 10 hours a day in the gym and you're still an ugly cunt. Im just edging out J69 in the "whos the prettier" contest though? Ok then big shite, what do you suggest doing to smoke the little rat out of NUFC? Its this or Rioting Tottenham style basically All we can do is vote with our feet and wallet and not show up, or show up in kitbag gear armed with big Kitbag banners.

Would be interesting to find out which SD-employed local lad who is in charge of the day-to-day logistics of this project. He should be fucking lynched, fucking Quisling/Judas/30 silver pieces. Shouldnt be too hard to find out who that little shit is, just show up with an inconspicuous Billy blue-eyed smile and ask a few of the construction workers who in charge of signs etc... FACEBOOK NAME AND SHAME

Fire off a mail to them and ask for say 500 shirts for display on the next Live match on Sky. Free advertisement. Then hand em out to fans entering SJP. The only thing beating not showing up for a match, is showing up with a Kitbag shirt. Sure to grab the cameras attention also, giving Kitbag even more free advertising A big Kitbag banner would also be nice.

Where to get tickets for mackems game - 3rd March 2012
Lake Bells tits replied to OTF's topic in Newcastle Forum
Sportsdirect Arena has many comfortable seating areas.. -
He is counting on us not to risk upsetting the team and their performance by boicotting and protesting. He is holding the team hostage as an assett he knows we love and want to protect. We have to do like Ashley - Gamble basically. Gamble on our squad not being affected by protests and boicotts. We have to turn our back on the club, but silently support our squad. I cant really see this ending well, there is bound to be collateral even though I`d prefer it if it werent. You have to basically be willing to let the first team go down the shitter if thats what it takes to get the cunt out... Obviously tell them through all available channels that we support pardew and the players but the board and owner can go fuck themselves. There is no way around boicotting the home games, it has to be done to prove a point. Nothing else has proved or will prove to be effective. Do I want us to be successful with this owner? Im not sure anymore. Will be a hollow pleasure if that happends... which it wont.

Doubtful as to whether we can find better players on a similar wage willing to benchwarm. Keeper.
