Not sure he will suffer like, the lad was on a reported £1.7m a year for talking whilst watching a football match and ultimately getting most things wrong. He will snap up a job quick enough and if not he has already earnt enough to see him through. New poster on this particular forum guys so be gentle. Ireland seems a good addition to the squad imo. Although he may not fit in to our ideal starting 11 when can anyone remember our midfield being filled by the 4 or even 5 we would like to be their. Also, we don't no what state Ben Arfa will be in if at all this season, gsling has had a set back and who is to say someone else doesn't get injured or suspended (Tiote close to a further 2 game ban) As long as it is a loan deal it will knock Perch down the pecking order which lets be honest can only be a good thing. We do need a striker that is for certain but we do have some fit strikers at the club with some coming back hopefully soon, midfield however we need strength in depth we currently don't have and having let routledge leave (not great this season but a midfield body) we are seriously lacking in that department. At the end of the day, IMO, what is the point of bying a new striker if you are relying on Perch in midfield as part of the supply line?
