He's english. That means too expensive and massive wages therefore unrealistic in my book. Also, he would attract interest from clubs in europe i reckon

Carpal tunnel syndrome? If that's the medical term for Wankers Cramp Just checked and CTS mainly manifests itself as numbness not pain. My rediagnosis is bad aids secondary to wankers cramp. I suffer terribly from eczema which has hospitalised me from time to time. Been bad this winter but gettting better now its spring. This winter I've also had a prolonged case of vestibular neuronitis which has only just cleared up. Basically you lose your sense of balance to the extent even walking was difficult sometimes. I've since found out that another symptom is increased autonomic nervous activity which can cause sweating attacks (I shit you not Gemmill, Alex, MM and 2J, you set of bastards). I've also had recurrent conjunctivitis this winter which is a pain in the arse (eyes actually). In previous years I've had trouble with my feet - plantar fasciitis. Absolute agony which makes it incredibly painful to walk. This seems to have resolved as I have lost weight - an incentive not to put it on again. In regards to your eczema i am badly affected in winter particularly when i sweat in the cold and wind. This year however it has been a revelation, doctor simply said after excercise have a bath with either e45 bath oil or just honsons baby oil in it and i have not had any issues all winter! Yeah, I use emollients all the time but they're not enough. I was prescribed topical tacrolimus a couple of years back which gave me a welcome break from corticosteroids. It worked really well but was really painful to apply. During my University years eczema completely fucked my life as I couldn't continue studying medicine in the state I was. I was poorly managed back then. Sounds worse than mine, I was prescribed dermovate for more acute serious patches and then told to use diprobase regularly all over and that lot with the oil really does the trick. I always look forward to the sun though as it clears it up almost instantly

Film/moving picture show you most recently watched
GeeForce replied to Jimbo's topic in General Chat
Watched the new wall street last week, worth a watch although my lass found it hard to follow! -
Problem with my heel forced me to wear insoles that move the pressure away from your heel to your instep, this in turn has given me chronic back pain and a two week heel injury seems to have knacked my back for life

Just waiting now for Gazza to turn up in Tokyo city centre with two fishing rods

You can argue any one charity has greater need than another, the economy may have been booming but if you look at the amount of people who have been affected by this I would say any immediate aid is a worthy cause. Down the line I agree they can fund it themselves but the initial devastation for me makes them a worthy cause for sure

Its actually the first time I have seen him smile to be fair!

Fair Play, If I tried to sing for them they would be paying for another tsunami to stop the pain!

What a C.Nut

Adding the first teams squads up I make ours approx £7m less than yours (not much in it at all). It seems you have spent more because your chairman has been pumping money whilst ours has been reducing spend. Our squad is lumbered with big money players who are past it, Smith etc whereas we are yet to see if the money spent at safc will have been a wise investment or not! EDIT: P.S it's right under your post on the right hand side to edit

Aye but anyone can look good on youtube. Xisco anyone...

Now isn't the time for arguing. This will only work if we all Singh the same tune. We should all Seikh to Singh from the same hymn shiite Shiite doesn't really work for India, but nearly got the treble there! I was aware of that but once it was in my head I couldn't let it go I am afraid, just hoped no1 would really pick up on that

did you just say a scout having a say in who the manager buys is bullshit Cheers that has really made this a good monday! On a more serious note, if a scout doesn't understand our team tactics, and the manger does not discuss tactics with the scout, how can he go out and find the right players to meet the criteria. On the other side of things, scouts do not have the sole job of player recruitment, they are sent to view up and coming opposition, to advise on oppostion tactics and therefore who they think may counteract the threats of the opposition. It is ultimately the managers decision but its not like a manager goes to one game in advance and then knows exactly what he is going to do. Opposition are scouted for weeks in advance to give the manager the best opportunity of picking a team that will come out of it with a decent result. Managers rely heavily on scouts, much more heavily than on coaches at the club, they are responsible for providing the manager with enough, solid information with which he can do a good job. So a scout comes back to Fergie/Wenger/Ancelotti and says this kid looks good. The manager then goes along to a couple of games himself to see what he thinks. If he's not impressed he doesn't buy him. Did you go to the Dennis Wise school of scouting!? 'Here Kev, look at this youtube vid, he's yours whether you want him or not!' Scouts suggest players to the manager, it's up to him if he wants to buy them. I think you are seriously overestimating the input scouts have into a club. Most of them have very informal arrangements with a club anyway! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/...-Bebe-play.html Key quote here from Fergie 'You've got to trust your staff at times and our scout in Portugal was adamant we must do something quickly." Think that proves my point!

But the scout must have the tactical awareness and ability to be able to explain to the manager why this player fills the void the manager is looking for, he can't just say get him, he has to back it up with a detailed analysis, it ain't like choosing a twix over a wispa! EDIT: P.S I think you are stuck in the days when the manager actually had the final say. They should be known as head coaches now and nothing more
