I think that one that done it for me was when he done a tv docu on himself. At the end he gave his closing speech. Said he would like to do wel for newcastle and then dribbled on for the next 2 minutes about England and his horses! He clearly sees football as a job and not as a pleasure. He has built a State of the Art Stable for Horse breeding. Spent 20 mins for the same program showing them.

2009-2011: A two-season triumph for the Toon
KeithJ replied to Irrelevant Nick KP's topic in Newcastle Forum
He is not Skidmark I dont think. Nick use to post on the Evening Chronicle Forum before it got shut down and this is the kind of stuff he comes out with. -
Played football against A Scottish Parliment team and got booked after giving Tommy Sheridan a two footed lunge. He told me to calm down, I told him to fuck off. I pushed Darren Fletcher over in Shanghia Nightclub in Edinburgh. I did say excuse me to get past as the club was rammed but he ignored me. Pushed him as he stumbled to the floor and then I realised it was him. Met Judge Jules and also his wife who was fit! Met a few other DJ's such as Lisa Lashes, Ferry Corsten, Tiesto and Armin Van Buren. Once had to drive Radio 1 DJ Kutski from Glasgow airport to Edinburgh.

Oh Nick, you have found your way over from the Chronicle Forums to here now!

I remember sitting in the East Stand vrs Portsmouth. The infamous match we conceded 3 goals in the first 11 minutes. He was poor, shouted at Emre for putting a pass 1 yard in front of him instead of to his feet! For £100k a week I would have sprinted 5 yards to get the pass quicker!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/13139857.stm Would love to know the facts about this? The fact he took a lot of money for little return? The fact he couldnt be bothered or the fact he cared amount England than the club paying his wages!

Forcing is such a strong word. Just like cheating, it takes two to tango unfortunately. I dont believe Carroll is the all innocent in this. He had a contract to stay and decided not to honour it. He left for £80k a week!

Anyways, its good to see Ben Arfa back. I hope he comes back the player we all seen when he first came here. I am not expecting much from him this season and I think he is the kind of professional who will be training through out the summer to make sure he is back very sharp for preseason!
-
Pardew has confirmed that Ben Arfa will be back Vrs Brum. I expect him to come on as a late sub and not to do anything amazing. Its great to have him back though!
-
I took a 1 nil victory after Tom developed technical problems during the match. Gentleman for offering it as well! We did try to resume however there were more glitches and Tom offered me the victory! Good goal by sahin on my end tho!

Where are you for our game tom?
-
Can do, what time you fancying Tom?
-
Hi Tom I am available most evenings and during the weekends mate! You will win this one! I have been very lucky in my matches!
-
I can imagine Nile being sold in the next year to some team like Blackpool. He will have a couple of good games and then disappear down the leagues. Judging by the comments Nolan is making, it seems he just doesnt have the attitude to want to improve despite there being an offer of help there. What exactly has he got to do thats so important for him to disappear in the afternoon!
-
If he misses two games in a row, best to drop him and award everyone a 3-0 win for his remaining games.
-
Agreed, stupid letting him go as the squad was really thin. Maybe not a starter but as a late sub, his quick pace will leave a tired LB for dead. Even my girlfriend knew letting him go would turn out to be a mistake.
-
Don't worry Kev, we will class that goal as breaking red and White hearts!
-
Don't blame you Kev, I wouldn't be friends with a mackem either! Haha

Everything after Shearer was Freddys buys as he was then put in charge things when the halls went off to retire. So Venison, Beardsley, Lee, Ginola, Ferdinand, Cole, Sellars were not business concluded by Freddy! Bellamy and Robert were troubled stars however were good players due to Robson knowing how to get the best out of them. Freddy then sacked him to bring in a troubled manager like Souness who had pissed off Yorke with his famous hardman tackle!
-
The reason why Fat Freddy looks great is cause he backed all his managers however he backed some very poor managers in his time and made some silly mistakes. Sacking Bobby Robson! Who the hell sacks Bobby Robson for getting you in to Europe! Fat Freddy however made some silly mistakes, selling players whilst Robson wanted to keep them. He brought in Souness who has never worked in football management since he got booted. Souness at the time was nearly relegating Blackburn. Let us not talk about Ruud Gulit, 'king kenny and Roeder. Under fat Freddy we made some truly awful buys. Owen, Luque, Marcelino, etc. Ashley may have got his transfer buying policy wrong in the first season with Sam Allardyce however its showing improvement now with the likes of Tiote, Ben Arfa, Danny Simpson! I am glad we aint buying these big name £17mil Owens!
-
I refer to the 2008 season where they sold the likes of Berbatov and Keane off for high amounts but then buy the likes of Modric, Defoe, etc to replace them. Basically they reinvested the big transfer fees in some really good players.... and Bentley. I wouldnt sell Enrique however I am saying if the rumour is true and the deal is done then we have £50mil.
-
I remember Spurs selling players a few years ago and making some very good money from it. They went on to sign a really good and strong squad and managed to keep a few good players. If we kept the likes of Nolan, Barton, Tiote, Guti, Colo then we could have a unit to build a team around. I wonder how Guti will cope with out Enrique though! We all know Ashley is Spurs fan, I just hope he maybe goes on to follow the blue print they used!

Well did the Toon win?
