  1. point taken; he's doing his best to help those who have trouble establishing communication with others I'm not one of these patronising cunts who goes round the internet pointing out the errors of peoples ways, but tell me what there is to hate about him. He gave up a million quid he was entitled to help a hospital meaning he has done something which has probably saved lives. No doubt this was written through the gaze of an empty bottle of Glenfiddich. There's loads of people like you out there Ian, on twitter, in life, enjoyed your crack in the mag, on forums some people respect you because, some of the content you come up with is up there with the elite people who write about NUFC, then for some reason you say things that make you look a complete nob imo. I don't drink whiskey actually; indeed I don't drink that much any more. I don't write what I write with the specific intention of annoying or amusing you or anyone other than myself really. some of the stuff I write is serious, some of it is deliberately provocative, some is a mixture of both; I guess it is up to the reader to work out which is which, or just to ignore it. i understand what you're saying though & respect your point of view

  3. http://www.qsat.ie/ With all the wedge he's got, you'd think he wouldn't have to get his clobber from Primark, the smary twat. Hate that man; despise him
  4. I'd more focus on his assessment of us back then being completely wide of the mark tbh. Like I said, the day Bobby Moore died, we played and impeccably observed a minute's silence beforehand. I was there and can vouch first hand. The Tranmere game he refers too has to be the one that was on the telly that we won 3-0. I don't remember the minute's silence, let alone any problems..... 12 months later we visited Anfield on the 5th anniversary of Hillsborough. Not only did we observe that silence perfectly, the supporters of NUFC even laid a wreath in memory. But we've no class....... Tony Fiddes from The Mag & his son did that; great gesture
  5. and what precisely are they when they're at home? incidentally, 2 years = 24 months
  6. Holy Day of Obligation. also West Allotment v North Shields at 11, then Benfield v Whitley Bay at 1
  7. It showed the club for what they are though...even now rotten to the core. that was 1993; it is now 2012 can we draw the same conclusions about your club?
  8. My good god, arrogance beyond belief. why? i lived & worked in sunderland for 2 years, close to the Rosedene
  9. i think we understand them far better than they understand themselves
  10. i don't agree with you; while i see that most people can get along with each othere, i feel there is an element to your support that i don't see amongst ours. for a start your hooligans are far more active & numerous than ours. among the sunderland support there is such hatred of newcastle, as well as the encouragement among your club hierarchy of anti social behaviour (bristol airport, middlesbrough train, last sunday), not to mention the open warfare with northumbria police following the incidents after the hearts friendly, that i see your support as out of control & a tragedy is imminent. do you not feel there is a significant section of your support that would carry their hatred through to the fullest extent by "executing" a newcastle fan? i think so; i am genuinely scared of what your club has turned in to off the pitch. with all due respect mate i do believe you are talking bollocks...if i walked into the strawberry or some other maggy pub with a mackem top on would i be welcomed or possibly kicked all over the toon??? sunderland and newcastle is only PURE hatred on derby day...tensions run high on both sides...other than that we all work alongside each other and tolerate each other i think all pubs in newcastle are nufc inclined; don't you? however in saying that, i know that someone in a sunderland top on a non match day wouldn't cause any furore at all; how many students at either of the universities are from sunderland or east durham? a fair number, certainly at northumbria. however, that's away from the point; do you not feel among your support, in the ground, in pubs, on message boards, in fanzines, that the hatred for all things newcastle related is getting stronger? do you not feel there is an element of your support wants to declare war on newcastle? i think there is; i think innocent newcastle fans will die
  11. currently there is a 200 post thread about the Gremlins on there, stating how soft they are & how many times they've been done over by sunderland. strange that the moderators allow this.....

  13. Agreed; I liked the fella. Very committed & was a decent player
  14. Probably a bunch of little pricks who can't take their drink. They'll no doubt end up with lifetime bans like the lad who sprayed where the sign used to be. It's a shame we couldn't be classy like the mackems and invade the pitch, assault opposition players, smash up a metro and smear the bogs walls with shit. That's what classy fans do... Hmmm not sure mongbird is an actual oasis song like but never mind (nirvana) I love it! just love it how the toon army paint themselves as somehow superior in the way they act compared to Sunderland supporters. it's canny juvenile really. You all come across as very arrogant as though butter wouldnt melt. Fans invading the pitch? see playoffs For assaulting players (see playoffs) for disgusting behavour see singing toon army through a minites silence for bobby moore at tranmere.....ALL clubs have their nuggets. Disgusting tackles see sherah see barton see cabaye see tiote see guthrie the fan incidents you refer to are in 1990 & 1993, though the minute's silence for bobby moore was at west ham & the tranmere one was for jamie bulger. shearer's tackle on lennon was 1998, guthrie's was 2008; neither cabaye nor tiote have been charged for any tackle. thus you refer to incidents in the distant past or fictional ones. it is my contention that in 2012, sunderland supporters will murder at least 1 newcastle fan.
  15. Was that it or did he actually threaten your person/safety/life etc? send me your email address & i'll forward the whole thing on if you're that interested
  16. "wat a fuckin arseole your sonny. youve been brainwashed by all the ‘’goerdie nation’’ properganda..learn too have an opinion for youself dickhead...dont ever try talking the morale high ground, you suport newc..ermm sorry tha tooooooonnnnnnn, whereas we suport the only classy club in the area...now jog on ..dont cry and man the fuck up you wimp because we are watchin"
  17. Ye Gods, 51 years old and he's only managed to spell 2 words out of 6 spelt correctly. And one of them is 'a'......... according to Facebook, he's unable to spell the name of the firm he works for either.......
  18. indeed; from a 51 year old Blyth based Mackem. i'd have mentioned it sooner but it took a while to decode the spelling errors Dear me . Did it start "I see you have still had no luck catching me....?" very good!! it actually started -: "wat a fuckin arseole your sonny....." yes, it said "arseole"

  20. nothing of the sort will happen. the signs will be replaced & reserve games will all be behind closed doors or at blue flames next season. try having some perspective please
  21. Or assault stewards, or tell lies at press conferences, or make death threats to the opposition manager or send threats by email as i've had since my post the other day.......
  22. RIP Deepest, sincere condolences to his family & friends
  23. precisely. i originally heard this next quotation from the bassist of the Utah Saints, but i don't think he made it up -: "most people prefer a simple lie to the complicated truth"
