Jonas Gutierrez and Ryan Taylor released
Anorthernsoul replied to Haydnator's topic in Newcastle Forum
Called a meeting and explained the situation, thanked the players individually for their commitment to the club and wish them luck. I know they are in Ireland, club could have waited till they returned. Granted it was time for them to move on, just this plastered all over the media does nothing to improve PR reputation at the club. Even a seperate phone call to Jonas would have been better than "Pass the phone"! -

It's the lack of respect and professionalism that is the problem, they never do things the way they should be done. Everything the club engages in smacks of Amateurism, Fat Mike has been here 8 years now and seemingly hasn't learn't a thing on how a football club works. -

Nothing short of disgraceful, even more unsurprising. One calculated interview will never change the way they will run the club, anyone fooled by the propaganda is an absolute bellend. No respect whatsoever shown to either of those lads, both been hit by horrendous luck in recent years but showed tremendous commitment and desire to fight back to full fitness and give their all for the club. All the while a group of heartless bastards sit in the boardroom not giving a flying fuck if they even died, probably celebrate as it would mean the wage bill was slashed. It makes me fucking sick. -
Film/moving picture show you most recently watched

Somehow ended up watching Seven Psychopaths last night, some good humour at times but the storyline becomes confused and the finale to the film is shite. -
De Boer is exactly the sort of manager we should be looking for, he'd come here aswell definitely.

The whole "Best player of all time" argument is void because it is purely subjective, most played in a different generation and a lot of opinions are twisted due to how likeable a player is or what they have read about them in the past, most haven't even seen them play at a live game. For me the three best players I've seen play in my lifetime are Fat Ronaldo, Zidane and Messi. All world class players in their own right and all an absolute privilege to watch. Fat Ronaldo was simply unstoppable in his prime, he literally had ever asset you could ever need as a striker. Fucking brilliant. Zidane was absolutely majestic, my favourite footballer by a mile. It was like his boots were made of velvet the way he used to caress the football. Unreal. Messi makes his contemporaries look like schoolboys he is that good, some of the goals he scores would be literally impossible for the majority of the football world. He'll probably get another 500 before he finishes his career aswell.

"Not Foreign". Apart from his mother being from Cape Verde, him being born in Senegal and spending a good chunk of his life in France, he's not foreign mate.

A chance at his first managerial job at the top level, with the projected backing from the board he could put his stamp on the team and give it a new direction. Why wouldn't he?
-
Strong personality, young, ambitious. Obviously knows the game very well and could be a positive factor with attracting signings.
-
That would be an exciting appointment for me, he'd bring fresh ideas and a new direction for the team IMO. Strange one granted due to his lack of managerial experience but fuck it give him a shot at it.

It's all about figures in the board room, fuck any compassion, morals or any reasonable logic. -

Ryan Taylor was absolutely shite this season, half the player he was. Jonas went out on a high, he deserves to play football and if that is not here then hopefully he'll find a decent club. Massive respect to the bloke and he has been a true servant to Newcastle and a modern day hero in my eyes and I'm sure I speak for many when I say thanks for your inspiration Jonas, good luck. -
What am I seeing! He knew nothing, wayaye.

56 serves to signify the amount of lies he can tell in a minute.

Spotted leaving the training ground this morning.

More importantly what do you, as a Tory fan, think about the party you so love being funded by dirty money? Just brush it under the carpet because "They've always done it"?
-
Nothing done or said about them then? Thought so. What channel's "Tax Evader Street" on then?
-
How about the fact over 50% of Tory donors have been involved in Tax avoidance schemes, what have they done about that then? Is it still normal? http://citywire.co.uk/new-model-adviser/news/top-tory-donor-fink-claims-tax-avoidance-is-normal/a797967
