The whole experience is far better. I've used them quite a bit this year to get a good idea of what they are like, and found it a much better service. Ease of booking, quick, cheap, smooth transaction, the car tracking service is handy and no overspending with unnecessary tips. Plus if you travel a lot it is excellent.

No "He's just around the corner" bullshit. They are there within minutes.

Shame this wasn't established years ago, undercutting the rip off taxi firms and the service is excellent. No dealing with mardy cunts on the phone. Bish, bash, bosh and you're done. I love it.
