I didn't need to "construct" anything. I've seen and read this argument either in this thread and/or other threads. And anyway, that particular argument had nothing to do with the question I asked you. So anyway, you disagree with me about HBA. No big deal. I happen to think CL teams would risk taking him on and not think twice about it. We have a special player playing for NUFC and I just hope we find a way to make him and the team work.

Why not, Fish? I haven't followed this whole conversation but I guess it has something to do with wether the team does bettter without HBA or not, or something to that efffect. I think this argument is sophmoric and foolish. To try and connect our recent success (prior to these losses) to the fact that HBA was not in the starting eleven, or even more outragous, that Mike Williamson was and THAT's why we've had success. How silly. Anyway, HBA is an extremely useful player that I could see fill a role for just about any team in the world. If anyone thinks otherwise thats fine, but I just hope you never get hired to run NUFC.

What I'd like to know is why is it that a shit player of theirs is able to make a run off the shoulders of our defenders right down the middle AND we can't!!!! EVER!!!!! Eh, the way I see it is that we were unlucky. They were lucky to get a cheap foul deep on our side. We could have marked better on that one for sure. But all in all, we played well and matched Arsenal all the way.

Sorry but there was only one player outside the six and another player out in the corner of the box that were well marked by at least six Arsenal players. Ben Arfa could have done better, yes, but it wasn't "idiotic" by all means. Our players up front have to make a better effort at getting open and throwing themselves at some of the balls that do get through.

Yeah, on our side of the half-line! we are NOT a possession team with pretty through balls and triangles around the box.
