I, for one, welcome our new transfer overlords.

We need to bring in someone in midfield to take his attacking role. We want to go up at the first attempt and not take the attitude that we should be good enough, therefore, we can chance for some of the youngsters and newcomers to come good. I'm hearing some good things about that Hayden kid, but we just can't chance that he and others do not contribute enough to the effort.
