It'll calm down after a while - when Google first finds a site it goes a bit mad figuring out how busy the site is. Once google figures out it's a forum it may well give it a low priority - the current algorithm doesn't rate forums very highly. You can also ban the bot very easily if you want to keep things nice and cosy for local people.
