Didn't he put in a fantastic cross for Liverpool's 3rd in the Super Cup? He came on and changed that game. I really rate him and can't understand what Benitez's problem is, not playing him. Having watched him a fair bit as my brother is also a Liverpool fan I must say I would see him exactly as nufc1984 does. I would have a hard time deciding between Anelka and Cisse. If I was running a Newastle based hair salon I'd probably choose the latter as he'd keep me in colourful shirts and tasteful leather pants.

I'm impressed by the number of people using Firefox!

I'm sure you said you were black... Seriously, go out with your mates and enjoy a few laughs, you'll meet someone else in no time. I'd say it gets much easier, never listen to your mother, well I don't know her, but never listen to my mother anyway.

Happy Birthday, hope it was a good one!

The major problem is that when we see the crime alot of us react angrily and want revenge. The law should not be about revenge, it should prioritise prevention and then cure. I think too many Daily Mail readers would be more appalled at the thought of those young offenders benefitting from their crime than they would be concerned about the crime itself.

It's mainly luck I think. Aim for around 45 degrees and full power, You'll have to hit three trampolines to beat the top score, and they move around (so there won't always be a trampoline at 139 metres for example).

Just looking at the top 10 posters thingy over the last couple of days, has this feature seriously slowed down the forum activity? I suppose it'll probably be the in thing for a few days and them revert to normality, I hope anyway!

Some sort of IT Standards Bureau?

I use DivXtoDVD. Think you've got to buy it for it to work properly (if I'm remembering right it converts to DVD with a banner across the bottom). There may be *ahem* ways of aquiring it free...

That's grand, just the way you said it made it sound like, anyone can do it so it's ok, as opposed to a simple "Feck off you wankers, I didn't do it, I'm taking my ball and going home and never coming back!" In fairness to the bloke I got 21 with a shite memory and no system so it's certainly within the realms of possibility!

But that would be cheating, why would you bother?

In fairness I think losing the plot to that extent is unusual for both of them. Souness just doesn't really seem to use tactics at all.

Totally agree with that. You don't need stats, just take it from football fans who aren't biased either for or against Chelsea that are watching them play. My girlfriend supports them so I watch them (TV) nearly every week. I have a lot of repect for Mourinho for what he did on a limited budget at Porto but what he's doing at Chelsea is a bit of a joke. Unlimited cheque book and he can't win and entertain? I had a real soft spot for Chelsea which is fast diminishing, and it's not related to their success, they bore me senseless. You can support him to the hilt if you like Yojic but he couldn't care less about entertaining the fans, he doesn't care what you think.

Funny you should mention those 2 matches. When I sat and watched Benitez making those subs last week, until I couldn't figure out who was left at the back, I was very much reminded of Souness' decisions against Fulham. It was interesting to see a tactically astute manager lose the plot in the same way.

Do you think the readership differentiate? She should save it for the pub, she seems ill informed and someone might actually take her seriously.

Probably not. As far as I'm aware there's not a gene for being a cunt. 43230 No, probably not so literally, but there's plenty of evidence to suggest that genetics have a major role to play in our behavior. 'Developmental plasticity' kind of lets genes off the hook though - the idea that whilst you'll be born to behave within a certain range you will adapt according to your environment. Another reason to err on the side of caution with the idea is this. What if the lad pictured was with a gang of mates earlier in the day screaming racial abuse at them? Would completely change the scenario for me. I know it's probably not an answer but when you look for so long for a solution to a problem sometimes you just want a silver bullet theory that will fix it all. I think what Rob would call a 'Daily Mail solution'. Plus I would ask the question, if it did do a better job than the alternatives would we be open to it?

Juve will win it for me 43221 You must mean a lot to them!

Quality piece of journalism that, we've gone from professional, distanced work with multiple corroberating sources to a vitriolic piece with anecdotal evidence from 'My friend Tom'.

Mine's worse though HF, it's not an angry response to something I hate, it's a possible logical solution. Is eradication from the gene pool a possible remedy for this kind of problem? The irony with terrorists of course is that these people are not sadists having a laugh, they're showing the same responses to perceived abuse that we show when we see the atrocities commited against us. I'm not British by the way so you can't blame the Brits for this particular opinion!

I think I agree with you in reverse, if that makes any sense. I don't think this is neccessarily a racist attack but I hate how the media always portrays any attack on a minority as racist. Like if I hit a black guy for making insinuations about my mother I'm a racist, or maybe I didn't like what he said? I'm tempted to say the solution to this problem is a simple bullet in the head for the thugs who did it. No pantomime ceremony or vengeance aimed at them, just a simple eradication from the gene pool. There are many obvious flaws with that solution but no plan is perfect.

The trouble with sending people unfinished stuff is that everyone has a different opinion. At least when it's finished someone can either like it or not. Logic 7.1 BTW 42586 What's wrong with differing opinions? Especially from someone who may well have valid input.

Why not just send robchester what you've got? Even if it's just some production stuff, robchester as a musician will be able to take into account the levels not being right. What software are you working off?
