1. If Ameobi can maintain the level of performance against Sunderland he's good enough. I'd like to see Chopra given a run before we know if he can make it. The way N'Zogbia's develping Luque may find himself up front. I think we'll replace Shearer/Bellamy in January. I'm not going to get an answer on my Chopra questions now, am I!
2. Could you be steering this thread towards Souness at all!
3. So if you save a suicide victim first time out you should just leave them the next time they come in? This is a side issue but if someone cuts their wrists and loses a lot of blood would they need a transfusion to save them? It's easy to see where people are coming from, I'm not too sure about it myself but I don't get how an opinion about depression can be treated with such abhorrence and then alcoholism (pretty closely related) treated so differently. Where do we draw the line? Extreme sports injuries? 5 miles and hour over the speed limit?
4. Install the latest shockwave. Search for "download shockwave" on google will take you to the right page. I'm pretty sure it's that and not flash you need..you'd get a different message, I think.
5. Unfortunately I missed last nights match, really want to see what he could do for us over 90 minutes, even against Grimbsy, doesn't sound like I missed much. Is it not fair to say he needs a run in the side, score a couple of goals for his confidence and see what his real level is? Did he look any worse than Ameobi has done at times? Granted I'm saying all this without having seen it!
6. Why, do you think maybe they wanted it on the mantlepiece? It's funny to see the same peoples differing reactions to alcoholism and depression, "selfish cunts, somebody might have needed those sleeping pills", doesn't sound quite right does it? It does make the criticism of J69's reactions a little hypocritical.
7. Sounds like an ISP problem cause I'm on tiscali and can't get it either. 49867 I had a similar problem with an ISP in Ireland, also for nufc.com. I thought it was down for over a month until I tried getting to it from a proxy server. It was like that for over a year! No idea if they sorted it out, I moved. If it's important for you to get on it you can set up a second browser like opera with a proxy server, you find a load of them here: http://www.publicproxyservers.com
8. Judging by some of the talk going around some of the forums it's a bad idea to mention it on the forum. Sorry if I'm wrong about that. I can't find it anywhere btw
9. I feel I have to back J69 up here. He's no racist!
10. A cross reference of Newcastle fans who own Macs revealed only 2 names in the known universe - Wacky and AF, I know who my money's on.
11. Thanks for pointing that out dad, I'll see if I can find where I've obviously misplaced my sense of humour. By the way humour is subjective very much like opinions and smilies. You are wrong I do have a sense of humour, I find everything you write hilarious, FACT tbh. 49578 Sorry, I haven't fathered any Australian bastards that I know of. Have you tried the adoption agency?
12. I didn't read much further than that but I'm going to guess that the whole premise of the article is flawed based on that. Most people would turn a blind eye.
13. Still can't answer the question, spectacular, good evening all.
14. I answered that . The quality issue is a problem. I appreciate your persistance in chatting me up but I'm married and heterosexual. Sorry. 49499 Touche professor, by the way, anyone who actually knew what I was talking about would have twigged why I said it and what it was in relation to straight away. You haven't answered my question, you gave me a rather paltry book synopsis. Why are you so reticent to admit you weren't familiar with what I was saying, I freely admitted I hadn't heard of your Jerome Bruner(?), but then that would be because I'm an idiot wouldn't it?
15. Libel, the last bastion of a feeble mind.
16. "How do you feel about Pirzig's argument on the Church of Reason." Can I ask some new one's too please, I'm intrigued.
17. What's the matter? Have I shown you up again for a liar? Would you like to answer the questions you've been avoiding now?
18. That's it in full, don't know how I managed that, although why you would think I did it on purpose, how do you come off any better off with the rest added? EDIT: That's why, when you first get a PM you get the first line on a pink background at the top, I thought that was the whole message, no intention to mislead anyone there.
19. Post them on here tbh. 49484 Not a cry for support btw, a genuine concern that I might actually come across like him. The bloke who hasn't realised that if he were an esteemed professor his behavior would be made worse, not better. And why did he start to get abusive with me? Because he knew I'd caught him in a lie. This bloke's got to be AF, there can't be 2 like him, can there? Even down to the multiple accounts and attention seeking on the pretext of genuinely caring about racism. I thought AF had moved on, though. Seems to be grand now.
20. Oh, and the PMs have started.
21. Just as a matter of concern lads, have I ever come across that obnoxiously when I'm on a rant?
22. I totally disagree with your book synopsis there, not the question I asked though. I have no letters after my name, and doubt I ever will.
23. IP check throw up anything of interest? Some sort of name and shame section whould be nice.
24. Where have I been puerile? You're the one who's picked up on my spelling error, and avoided the question: "How do you feel about Pirzig's argument on the church of reason." "Pirsig's work is flawed but interesting in the manner its constructed." Who's supposed to believe that's not waffle, exactly?
