Alex is a little sensitive about his thighs.

Try to avoid anything more complex than an iron tbh.

I don't think that if Souness is still in charge at renewal time that there is a never-ending line, ready to step in.
-
GREAT post! 80613 I don't go off on one very often so don't mock me bitch! ANOTHER THING...if anyone needs reminding just how out of touch BBC pundits are, see Garth Crooks on MOTD after the mackem game waxing lyrical about how good a player Ameobi is and how he's been class for a few seasons now. JESUS WEPT! *inhale....exhale....inhale....exhale* Better. 80622 I was agreeing, but anything I'd said along those lines would be interpreted as "GREAT post!", so I cut out the middle man.

That Chelsea dossier on us was much the same, either the scouts are watching old highlights or it's bogus!
-
On his way to Fulham on loan, apparently.
-
GREAT post!
-
Was he not making the effort for City at the end, and is he doing the same thing for Fener now? If so, then I agree, very risky. But we need him, so, loan move?
-
I think maybe the point is that instead of aiming the blame at the central defenders it would be easier, and more obvious, to aim the blame at the manager who is putting them under so much pressure for 90 minutes by having no plan of attack and just trying to soak up pressure for the whole match. That's obvious to anyone who watches us who knows a bit about football, that's obvious to Lawrenson and Hansen, so why don't they say it?
-
I agree with you about the way he moves to other clubs, that gets to me. A player like him wants Europe, if we can deliver that he'll stay, same goes for Owen. Falling out with the French national side? There's more players have done that than have ever played for them; it's the national pass-time. I just think the media have massively over-stated the problems because they came up with a catchy name for him.
-
It's only a few weeks since Souness lost the rag over Lawrenson and Hansen completely slating our comedy double-act. They definitely give him an easy ride generally, though. Like Oliver, as soon as the sycophantic journalism gives way to a bit of honesty, poor Graeme throws his toys out, utter wanker.

Can't believe no-one's mentioned Rob Lee yet. "Look into my crazy eyes, Newcastle will win the Champion's League!"
-
Could you not have a little friendly message, maybe in bright red, when people post: "Remember just because you can use smileys, they are NOT compulsory" It's the path to GREATness tbh.
-
Can you elaborate? If I'm wrong then fair enough, but my impression was that Liverpool fans felt Houllier had made a big mistake not taking him on full-time and that Man City fans were happy with him. I'm also not aware of him being a disruption in the dressing room or a party animal in recent times. I don't blame quality players for not wanting to stay at a club flirting with relegation, loyalty from players is a rare commodity, I'd rather the honesty than the bollocks we get from most of them.
-
As far as I'm aware he was a model professional at Man City and Liverpool, I must admit the way he's gone about engineering a move out of Turkey worries me a little. Not really worried about Souness have time to fuck things up with Anelka, who really believes he'll still be here in August?
-
soopafantastic tbh
-
Agree. I'd like him to come here simply because he's a good player and we've got no-one who can score goals, but the hypocrisy from Souness (and certain message board users defies belief! If Bellamy was a disruptive cancer, what the hell does that make Anelka? I don't think he could be further from Souness' image of proper players, warriors and obedient yes-men. 80530 I don't understand the Anelka:Bellamy comparison. I'm glad a player of his calibre wants to join us, in the state we're in, we need him.

zany-humourist tbh.

Yeah, I think it's been taken a little of out context.

I had assumed it was that a full bottle hurled at someone would have a bit of weight behind it and might be deemed a deadly weapon! Reminds me of a mate of mine who was going around claiming he had been bottled, after some knacker had thrown a plastic bottle, half full of what looked like milk, at him.

"Scood-beef hag ani-body got any bokkl oraang joooos", surely! It was one they never did anything with, apparently, I will actually ask where the info came from today.
