I agree with you in that this is the first time I've had enough of him, that run that SLP mentioned above may well be the turning point for me; but Robert is a very valid comparison, we all loved it when he did well, and felt with a bit of commitment he would be the best winger in the Premiership. The problem with agressive sales people and "broken loop scripts" is that they work, enough people are intimidated by them. Same with spam emails, they'll keep coming as long as people are silly enough to buy their products. I've got a zero-tolerance approach with companies, if they fuck me over on a product or use questionable tactics, I black-list them and never use any of their products again. It'll do no good, though, as we will all end up with the level of customer service that the majority accept.
