It's CBD which isn't really what most people consider "weed". Yes, it's technically a marijuana plant but doesn't have any(?) psychotropic effects and should be legal everywhere as it has medicinal uses such as pain relief and seizure prevention. No more than 1% THC is basically medicine and nothing more. I mean, I think a lot of stuff that's not should be legal (and vice-versa) but this one's a no-brainer.
