Agree that Nolan had disappeared completely up his own arse by the last one. Did enjoy the first couple although still massively overrated obviously.

I thought Deadpool was alright tbf. And the Xmen movies, in general, do seem to be a cut above. I just think a lot of stuff like Avengers Assemble is pure rocket shit.

Filmic merit, Margot Robbie's arse.
-
Aren't these films massive commercial successes because they cater perfectly to their target audience? Y'know 8-year-old kids.
-
Fair point.

Are we allowed to send the really stupid ones back?

Obviously a bunch of wankers not having reasonable discourse with someone who this directly affects, don't agree with him about protesting Assad though. What use is protesting a dictator thousands of miles away (insert Trump quips here)? A public show of disapproval when our/our "allies's" governments do something wrong makes some sense.

I'd say most of us will gladly pay for a legal service that streams all of our matches at a reasonable price. Like Spotify, like Netflix. Something similar for eBooks as we have with Audible would be fantastic too.

$10! Thought it was some Viz reference from the name tbh.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt on Saturday; he needs games before any harsh criticism.

Don't hold back there, @@ewerk.

I'd be up for this though I have a broad but shallow taste in music, so not sure I could add much insight.

Should probably leave this thread alone for a while now.

Shame to lose Raymondo after that hattrick at the Emirates, but we'll still do these. Someone add the poll.

We may be arguing semantics too, @@Howay. In that grit is having the bollocks to stand up and be counted when things are tough.

Do you not think it's nerves for half that game, though? It's not laziness for me, it's anxiety. Actually the laziest player on the pitch, world-class or pedestrian, is Shelvey. Like Howman said earlier, the single focus for me right now (other than a slightly nervous look at Huddersfield) is keeping Rafa. I feel like I can deal with pretty much anything if he's in for the long-haul.

Honestly man, anyone who spends time on #nufc, I don't know whether to show utmost respect or tell you to cop the fuck on. First thing I see: Trolling or functioning stillborn. Why would you put yourself through that?

I didn't see a lack of graft, I saw a lack of class and a lack of decent defenders more than anything. The list of players who can make the step up does seem to be shrinking though. Darlow, Yedlin, Clark, Ritchie, Shelvey, Hayden, Gayle. Three or four needed for the first eleven alone.
