Ref is shit like, its like he's one of them people who needs glasses but hasn't realised it yet. Still, far too many of our players are underperforming, especially off the ball. Too many times they've had to dribble through several players only to loose it cos noone is helping out. Ben Arfa especially needs to make himself available more often. Obertan is shit again, same with Ryan Taylor, his positioning has been absolutely awful.Krul has been out of this world, same with Ba really, he is looking like a complete footballer. Guthrie has been good, and surprisingly Løvenkrands has been effective going forward, well done to him. The whole team needs to lift themselves if we are going to get something here though.

From experience I'd say Norway have far more Liverpool and Manchester supporters like everyone else, then comes Arsenal. Spurs and Newcastle are about the same I'd say. My sunday-football gang who actually follow football have 3 Newcastle fans and a mixture of the other 4 for example. As for Sunderland, I've been to quite a few countries, including Scotland, London and Newcastle. I've yet to see a single fan wearing a Sunderland shirt outside of a tv.

Really hope that performance has cemented Ben Arfas place in the starting 11. Wish he had gotten the whole 90 today, must have been gutted to be substituted after "giving away" a penalty there. Great diving by Richards, and the ref bought it. Ben Arfa created 2 extremely good chances for us and otherwise looked quality, and this was a match where we hardly had the ball. Against lesser teams he will be far more effective, and he can only get better.
