Manchester United v Newcastle United
Howmanheyman replied to Christmas Tree 's topic in Newcastle Forum
I tell you what, if I was to mention anything, on or off the pitch from our clubs past then you've either personally seen it or know about which with all due respect you can't say about all our TT members. Stevie, I respect your knowledge and care of the club but don't agree here. (and I had Hi-tec stradas!). Gosling was bought on the Ashley agenda, i.e. he was a prospect who had a clause. The man and his monkey have said NUFC will buy and sell by our own means, whilst the cunt makes a living on the back of our club. (anyone ask him how the search for a sponsor for SJP is going lately?). -
Manchester United v Newcastle United

Pardew can fuck off. Are we Man Utd? Are we any other perma-winning trophy club? No, we're the club who last won a trophy 4 years before I was was born, we're the the club who hasn't won a FA cup since 19fucking 55, a club that haven't won the title since the Nineteen fucking Twenties!! Man City are out. Everton are out, we beat Man U, they're out. FFS, how much incentive do you fucking need??!! All these people saying 'it's the league that counts' can fuck off right now. We've no guarantee where we'll finish, Man U were there for the taking but once again, as like the Stevenage and Brighton fiascos we act like Billy big bollocks and notch another year on the trophy-less clock. Congrats, Pards. (In case I never mentioned, Vuckic as a centre forward? Really? Oberfuckwit supplying, (don't laugh) Vukcic? Really? Gosling bought on a free injured and never in a million years going to fulfill any early promise he had pre-injury? Another cup surrender by Pards. It hurts when you care. -

Champions League or Winning a Trophy
Howmanheyman replied to Christmas Tree 's topic in Newcastle Forum
Trophy. Most teams that win stuff qualify for Europe anyway. When you've followed this club for years, seen the highs and the lows, shared it all with with your fellow supporters then would you not want a day like this at Wembley or more likely a weekend on the piss celebrating? Seen the days of Fereday, Whitehurst etc at Bournemouth, Barnsley et al, want to see the clips years later of Colo lifting a cup then the camera panning away to see the black & white thousands acclaiming our side. That trophy would be for us and the support we've given our club through the years. Trophy every time for me, like. (nearly said, 'catts for me, like). -
Don't be in a confused mood, Cath, never mind the Iraqis, charity begins at home, improve the quality of our lives here in the UK by posting your jubblies. You'll feel liberated and we'll feel swell. P.s. Good luck your bruv.

Apparently a swarthy looking bloke wearing white robes and sunglasses was seen asking about boxes as he fancied an adventure in England. Sheik MaHeed I think his name was.
-
Wouldn't mind a trip to Boro with an increased 'cup' allocation for old times sake or Leeds should we break the habit of a lifetime and win against man u at Old Trafford.
-
CT, old chap. Were you soccermom and NICK-KIELCE-POLAND in your aliases?
-
So CT didn't give up his aliases in the 'amnesty' thread then in front of the whole forum admits to having multi identities? Ban his ass, Ant!

What the fuck am I missing with all these cartoon jesus pics? Seriously, they're shite. Even the brilliant @yourservice is in on the act.

We need a trophy, this is our best bet of doing it unless we get a favourable draw in the FA cup like we did in the nineties. I'd play at least half the 1st choice eleven if at all possible and a win would also have the bonus of knocking out one of the teams who could win it. I couldn't give a flying one about the prize money, competitions are entered to win and compete in thus enhancing your clubs reputation which an then bring extra revenue in. We need this trophy monkey off our back and I'd love to see Colo or any other NUFC player lifting a trophy up. When are we going to get our day in the sun? -
Heard a Liverpool fan from Hertfordshire, (sigh), shouting for them to bring Rafa back and slagging the owners for not spending. And people still give us stick?!

Reading Away Pre/Post-Match Pub Gathering
Howmanheyman replied to Peter_Reid_Monkeys_Heed's topic in Newcastle Forum
To be fair I cannot think of any 'new' ground that betters its predecessor. Each ground that was knocked down had it's own character that these new builds just lack. Places like Filbert Street, Burnden Park and The Baseball Ground piss completely on their soulless substitutes. -
Newcastle v Norwich City: 22nd or 23rd Sept

We picked up points last year early on without looking World beaters so lets see how things pan out as the season evolves. We'll definitely pick up a bit should the injuries settle down. -

I always struggle to see Reading as a PL club especially after going to Elm Park back in the day. We played them in both cups one year when they were in the 3rd division and I'm sure tv clips of our support in the 3-3 FA cup game were shown in the CH4 series 'The Manageress'. Useless information part MVIIIXI -
Anyone else see the meteor last night?

I don't know how much it cost any Mackems to get down there today but I do know a 90 min equaliser from Kevin Nolan is fucking priceless.

Cheers for the tip, Fish. Only the other day I said to Jorge, my Portuguese butler, "I hope we fucking stuff you Marry-tee-mo bastards, tonight." without realising the literary faux pas I'd just committed. Next time I order breakfast from him I'll say Ma-rittamo. -
I had that on CD but lent it to some twat and never saw it again. Was probably someone in a Trade Union Movement who nicked it thus causing Maggie to sort us out with some 'tough love'. We laaaaahhve it!
-
Some fucker would always buy the Pink or the Sunday Sun coming out of The Ritzy which was usually sold by someone looking like this;

No, you, me and my pet dinosaur are all insane I'm afraid.
-
Think yourself lucky, My late Geordie Granny would mumble away to herself all the time which apparently I do on the odd occasion but with no sound, just my lips moving. I laugh about it but I'm only 39 ffs!!
-
My Mam is Northern Irish and always gets words mixed up and says 'and that' at the end of a large percentage of her sentences but is soft as shite and would do anything for you. And that.

Can someone tell mine I'm going to Italy Belgium? Cheers.
