I enjoyed El Coto and so did the Missus. Went to that Soho bar before and after too which was canny enough. Was a bit pissed in the taxi on the way home and somehow the conversation with Wife and Taxi driver turned to Whitney Houston/Michael Jackson. We all know what taxi drivers are like for patter, (cough, CT, cough), so when the taxi driver said he was 'touched' by Michael Jacksons death I straightaway had enough, leaned forward and touched his leg whilst shouting out "HEE HEE!" in the Jackson/Bo selecta style. He took it as a joke to be fair but unfortunately wor lass laughed from me doing it to us getting home which thinked was starting to irk him a bit. Never mind.

Doesn't like the NHS. Doesn't believe you should get an enhanced payment for working overtime or shiftwork. Thinks hitting people on benefits will turn the economy around. Thinks Mike Ashley is a 'Genius'. Wants to lose weight but doesn't want to do any excercise to help with this. Doesn't read books. Mocks those that do. Can't be arsed to re-cycle. Believes in austerity then buys everything he can before getting bored with it. Always backs the club in any club v fan issue. Is the perfect Tory. (This is just off the top of my head, by the way).

I'm off till next saturday so that'll be about right.

Off the top of my head, CT falls in an age range similar to Paddocklad, Monkeys Fist, ChezGiven, Catmag , Gemmill, Renton, Gloomy and me. CT speaks for himself, to be fair.

Everything points to a scudding I'm afraid. I'd take a narrow defeat and more importantly no injuries and get this out of the way for some important winnable games. Defeatist? Probably, but given the choice it'd make more sense to rest/protect players in this game rather than, oooh, let's say Brighton for example.
