  1. "I believe in Newcastle United. Newcastle United has made my fortune. And I coached my squad in the Geordie fashion. They had a game, not a Premier league game, they didn't play well, I didn't protest. Then they got beat by Cardiff! By that son of a bitch, Solskjaer! They didn't even weep. But I wept. We were out of the cup that very day! I stood by the pitch like a fool, and those bastards, they smiled at me. Then I said to my wife, "For success, we must go to Don Corleone." "What do you call success?" "Whispers.......... We are in the top ten, Don Corleone." "That is not success, Signor Pardew."
  2. Like walking through Marks and Spencer then?
  3. Am really looking forward to this one, mind.
  4. Was there any Gilfs then, you dorty little Monkey?
  5. He's leaving the club. Christmas Tree, on 12 Jan 2014 - 10:36 AM, lovely kid, heart like a lion, will be sorely missed.
  6. Unfortunately, our own British pickpockets aren't 'hardworking' anymore.
  7. "So you want to put a Man City vs Noocarsull bet on, my Sandalin friend?" "Yes, I do. 7-0 to Man City. It'll make my willy all tingly if they get beat and I might see the white wee wee again!" "How much do you wanna bet, Chief?" "Twenty pounds, please, sir." "You paying cash or card, Squire?" "Do you accept asda vouchers?"
  8. Half of all convicted pickpockets on the tube are Romanian according to the Daily Mail, eh? Never mind that figure, 100% of people on the tube are morose, souless husks with dead eyes. (A few of them might've been Romanian, I didn't ask to be honest).
  9. Never been in the Bacchus for years but will have to put that right if the Simians report is anything to go by.
  10. I've just had Rigatoni with some red onions, courgettes, cherry tomatoes and peppers that had already been roasted in the oven with Carotino oil. Bit of parmesan sprinkled on and a bit of pepper, simple but lursh.
  11. Real coward that Leeds kid. Deserved the card, the Sheff Wed lad never seen him coming.
  12. Was at this one too. 'Roy Aitken fever' Thank fuck we don't have to suffer Roger Tames anymore.
  13. Watched 'Master and Commander' last night. I love films like this based around this period and the visual scenery of the old sailing ships is superb. Interesting that this film is based on a real life event where the 'phantom ship' they chased around was actually a US ship and not a French ship in the film, (It was decided to change it as they felt US audiences couldn't emotionally handle rooting for a 'goody', (Crowe) who plays an English captain against the US phantom ship who would in essence be the 'baddies').
  14. Decent read here on Athletic Bilbao at True Faith, http://www.true-faith.co.uk/true-faith-real-spain-jan14/. Followed by this reply; Unfortunately I didn't get to Bilbao for this game as I was on the Nat King Cole at the time and it's a real regret of mine missing this of all our European trips. After reading it I imagined if this had've been the Mackems who played Bilbao instead and of us? How would they react giving their propensity for trying to get allegiances with other clubs in a wild and desperate bid to be, A. Noticed, and B. Taken seriously.
  15. This lads like a cross between Roger Irrelevant and Terry Fuckwit, mind.
  16. I've never downloaded a film or streamed a film either if it makes Rents happy.
  17. We're going to lose by at least three if those injury doubts are confirmed. Could be a painful day like Liverpool last season.
  18. I'm Karl Howman from the popular eighties comedy show 'Brush Strokes'. I had to put on a cockney accent and pretend to be a Charlton Athletic fan in the series which had its theme tune sung by Dexys Midnight Runners but obviously that was just an act.
  19. ASM was quite good at this game.
  20. Seriously though, how many arrests were there? 39 or so out of 52,000 people? How many arrests in Notting Hill? How many stabbings etc? Do they have an early kick off too?
  21. "Hey Jimmy, you want to buy a rolex, Jimmy? Luvley jubbly watch, Jimmy." "Will it work in Boldon? What does the bit on the side sticking out do? Can I take it home without paying VAT? Is it cheaper than the internet? Does Asda do one?..........blah blah........etc........"
