  1. .........Would like to welcome everyone to their Civil partnership reception at the Royal station hotel later on tonight and, err, I mean happy birthday to the both of them. (Cough).
  2. "You're kidding me on?..........They're no playing De Jong and Gosling, are they?"
  3. Football Focus was canny today. I used to play at Station Road before it was knocked down. Unbelievable the likes of Gillingham knocking back Peter Beardsley.
  4. Am watching enthusiastic kids playing at Walker Central. Wonder if I'll see the same commitment at three o'clock?
  5. Yep, nowhere near enough national attention on our owner and the lack of fuck he gives to our club. Good on them.
  6. One, Rooney might still play, could be a bluff. Two, am expecting to see the four horsemen of the apocalypse pass by now I've seen you post in the football section.
  7. Saved him £50 by getting chopped. It was the humane thing to do.
  8. If Rooney plays we'll get beat, (we'll probably get beat anyway if we have to endure the same line-up as the last game).
  9. You really shouldn't but then again I can't knock you for it. Both complete talkers of shite.
  10. Nice to see the fans forum working. Well done all concerned. (Saying that, wouldn't surprise me if it's the club's idea or wonga and they've told the forum, i.e. 'consulted' them as to what will be happening. They're patsys, I just wonder if they know it or are happy to go along with it).
  11. If it had've been us that had fielded an ineligible player the FA's postie would've been a busy man with lots of angry letters with a Wearside postmark heading his way.
  12. Should've made one flag a pic of someone hiding behind a settee whilst the bailiff knocks on the door with a black & white background/NUFC crest/wonga sign etc.
  13. Toonpack's computer right about.........NOW!
  14. FAO CT.......'Le Roi' is NOT the black kid from 'Fame'.
  15. CT asking their lass who Leroy is, by the way.
  16. Paper? The poet's leisure doth not concern thee.
  17. The countries political situation Was getting very tense I needed someone, anyone To show it making sense I called out to South Tyneside 'Can someone help me see?' I was answered by a smiling man Who's shrewd, politically 'The best Prime Minister there's ever been', He'd say with no little glee, Before snapping his lunch for us all to see, (including recipe), 'This sage', you ask, in wonderment Just who on earth is he? He gleaned a lifetime political view Whilst selling a settee On Toontastic he holds his court 'Le Roi D'Contrary' You have to laugh, or else you'd cry At Boldon's 'Christmas Tree'.
  18. Snap. Turned it off before it was finished. Pathetic to see.
  19. One of my relatives over your neck of the woods supported us and this was before he knew my Aunt had Geordie relatives. He never gave one iota of a fuck about Sunderland, and why should he I suppose? Man U got his venom as he was surrounded by them, a few of them re-emerging around the time they were champions again.
  20. Nice try. Despite constantly letting us down, United are my club.
  21. I wouldn't even pretend to shrug it off. We're Newcastle United, Sunderland are our main rivals. I know to some it's Liverpool who are there pet hate but I humbly suggest they aren't local lads and/or exiles and have other priorities. It used to be us who made more of the derby, by the way. I've worked with a few Mackems and some have been alright lads, but as a collective? Fuck 'em and their wanky club. There's a 2nd division rock lying around somewhere, be good Mackem bamps and go hide under it, will you? Did I say 'hide'? Of course I meant 'crawl'.
  22. Now says 'winna' instead of 'won't' so I've heard. (sniff).
  23. Any general info on South Shields, Ausman?
