  1. Definitely. He hasn't got his head round that one yet.
  2. Never, ever, ever have I heard that Mickey Quinn song although I have read that we sang it. I'm going to take a stab in the dark here and say it's a made up story. (We did sing the 'mighty Quinn' tune to him and that was good).
  3. Singing Boro's pigbag goal celebration record everytime we scored against them was pretty amusing.
  4. The shola song was class, especially as it was usually sang after he'd scored.
  5. That used to piss me off more than it does now. I hate the verrry slowwww 'when the spurs/saints go marching in' and despise that 'I will follow him' record that Palace and a few other divvie clubs sing. Quite impressed by the odd songs you hear from Scot clubs and Scotland to be fair. The Blaydon Races is class, toon toon black and white army is not. Think our songbook is pretty shite now, tbh.
  6. It's a point gained as they usually get beat by arsenal. Sent from my mobile phone using the keyboard thingy.
  7. Was pissed yesterday for the game and am going out tonight as I'm off tomorrow. I'm already dreading tomorrow morning as I've been shitting through the eye of a needle today.
  8. Which songs of other clubs get on your thruppenny bits? Any songs from other clubs you think aren't bad? Which NUFC song do you like the best and which song do you wish they'd fuck off from chanting?
  9. One bad point of Rafa's is his lack of ability to produce cheesey grins when we get beat.
  10. I know! When will British managers get some credit? Look at Pards! Hounded out but doing a steady job at Palace.
  11. When are the media going to give Mark Hughes some credit? If he wasn't British they'd be shouting praise from the rooftops.
  12. I always fancy Arsenal at the SoL. Plus think you'll see some Mackem nerves.
  13. Is Palinka your new Czech girlfriend?
  14. I think 7 points and we stay up, personally, 9 and I'm sure we will. Can see the mackems winning maybe one plus a couple of draws.
  15. Remember being gutted I wasn't at Anfield when Dinha put the winner in as my away crowd were there yet happy at the same time. Hard to explain now, but beating boro 3-1 down Ayresome with years without a win plus them being in the new shiny PL with us a league lower was fucking immense. Especially with them having to give us a fair share of tickets with it being a cup game as league games they'd give us fuck all the horrible Yorkshire cunts.
  16. Would've thought 'Newcastle United, t'vaginal fluid/dog faeces licking, limp wristed, non-Yorkshire, non-female murdering football club v Crystal Palace' more apt?
  17. Daft question to be honest. I'd love us to stay up and then have a powerful manager hold the club to their promises and put the ball publicly in their court rather than the recent gimps who play ball with the chumps running the show with Ashley's limits.
  18. Still gutted we didn't beat man city, (just city? Fuck that!) Terrible start, fantastic comeback, gutted we haven't got four points instead of two, happy at the fightbacks, know for a fact the average mackems mentality will be in our favour as they'll have been wounded we came back twice and by two goals in the last game. We're still in the shite, big time, but we've far more hope. With McClaren a good result means Laurel's rested on, Rafa will use it as vindication of hard work.
  19. To be fair, yet again..... Noelie probably feels sorry for everyone else on here like we do with Haydonator.
  20. Aye, the poor fucker. (On the flip side he's more chance of seeing us lift a trophy should we eventually become a well run club in the distant future while most of us will be playing a harp).
  21. I wasn't at the derby game you two are talking about but I distinctly remember having an argument with my missus as I bounced around the room listening to the winner go in and my wife taking exception to my joy which she thought was OTT.
  22. Couldn't give a fuck about them. They've a highly inflated opinion about themselves, well, the younger ones do, anyway, usually black/Asian ones I've noticed from Twitter/YouTube.
  23. "> Just hours before the news emerged. Timing. Nothing wrong with a double tribute to be fair. 'Killing two birds with one stone' and all that. Elton John did it in the nineties with 'candle in the wind' for Diana for the main single, the B-side was for Mother Theresa, 'Sandals in the bin'.
