I always vote labour and know I'll get a better deal through them than the alternative although even that belief was starting to get blurred with some of the rhetoric from the other labour candidates. I'd still have voted and supported them in the GE though.

The Scottish situation was perfectly played by the Tories media branch. Ungrounded media led fear of becoming pally with the SNP fucked over labour and as usual new labour danced to the tune of not upsetting the media/Tory voters and did more harm than good by alienating left wing Scottish voters. What about long standing Labour voters? Do they not matter or is it only members that count? (Obviously the votes were from members but as I'm not a member I didn't vote for him although I was happy enough getting him as leader of the party I vote for.
