Almost an obsession with some.

I'm not surprised at all, especially in the days of the internet. I like Yorkshire but they've definitely got a higher than normal percentage of divvies. (Mind, our percentage is also on the rise IMO which is a shame).

No, the two quotes we had were too much so getting friends/family to do jobs that can save a few quid here and there. Any odd bit I can help with labouring I will. I.e. knocking the outside garage* down, help barrowing founds out. *was a bit of a handy man and garage was huge, old lathes and a filled in pit inside which was full of water and reinforced concrete and very awkward to get at. Yesterday I was by myself and told by ex builder and wor lasses step dad to straighten off ditch and knock out concrete but by then the 1.5 ton digger was gone, no mates just me, the flooded trench, a spade and a big hammer, a few hours then a quick break then my proper job. This has been a bit of a nightmare move, I've just woken up and am dreading what I'm going to get up to hear so am posting this instead while I wake up properly!

Honestly, man. Fucking sick. Spent friday afternoon all day saturday barrorowing/digging founds, was supposed to be done by sat, had bother, eventually finished Sunday, was due in work about an hour after I'd finished, managed to get emergency holiday, then yesterday was told it had veered off slightly and had to get in the watery/muddy ditch and start digging again. After a few hours I had half an hour after I'd showered and cleaned up then it was off to a 12hour nightshift. Had loads of problems and my back 'garden' is basically the Somme without the soldiers/shelling. (Not even sure it'll get passed off this morning). Fu...ck....ing.....sick.....as.....fuck.

We got beat 1-0, were given a measly 1000 tickets after giving them the leazes end on the opening day. That's the game Jones was lifting weights as our players came out to 'intimidate' them and Budgie took the piss out of him.

If anyone's thinking of moving house and rearranging the order of rooms and extending I can really recommend NOT FUCKING DOING IT. That's all.

It's a pity we don't have anyone on here who works for the NHS to give us a better picture.

I'd hate to live there, selfishly in my case as they can't understand a word I say so my craic is lost on their poor souls. They can be such a friendly bunch but they are quite insane and I'd be sacked at every job I'd get.

Leeds are a big game for us like us for them. Rivalry? Not at all but there was always needle when we played them and things being set alight, scuffles, etc. Anyway, sad to see they've went a bit small time on the replies as unfortunately for them it's further evidence of their fall from temporary grace. They're basically a nastier version of Sheff Wed and that's it. Sheff Wed was also a good game I looked forward to not because they were amazing but because it was a good ground, biggish club and (for us) not too far to travel. That's it, really. Younger fans won't even think it's a decent fixture and that says it all about their demise.

SAFC moved the away fans up a height because 'poor away' supporter numbers made the Stade del Shite look bad through loads of empty seats. :lol:

Well hopefully that's this thread just about dusted. I think the next election due is the Albanian general election in may next year. Can't wait to read everyone's thoughts on that one.

Tbph, sky aren't much better. Fucking awful standard these days and not even the pretence of impartiality, once upon a time sky would have one ex-player of each team featured but that's a while ago now. That presenter, scholes and Mcmanaman could basically say what they like. I've heard their shit too much. It matters not a jot what they say, two are heavily influenced by their ex-clubs and their own prejudices, the other is a fucking arse licking cunt who supports Norwich but is basically a star struck pleb as his club obviously doesn't give him enough respect to say fuck you to two ex- good footballers but two present fucking plums.
