  1. Ah, it's a musical? Wasn't 100% sure if it was a musical, a boy band or a different version of the Chippendales. While massive lads fan ewerk shakes his booty I'll be in the anchor or Wallsend buffs drinking cheap Guinness watching Rafa's lads get back on track. (Please!)
  2. Regarding our utter shitness at penalty shootouts, I'd say that there's definitely extra pressure at 'no trophies for forty odd years but still backed by a desperate to win crowd' NUFC. I'd sometimes they rather just thought 'fuck it, nothing to lose' and welly the fucker.
  3. Can you pour me a glass as well, Ken?
  4. Well that's us paggered v Forest, out of the cup and beaten by Blackburn. We don't like this time of the year when still in this competition.
  5. We've looked knackered from half time, Ritchie looked like he was running through treacle before he came off. Selz again, though. (After fannying on by three of wor lot tbf). I think we're fucked for the Forest game as a Brucie's bonus from this game. At least get through and make it worth it. Gayle needs to do better there.
  6. He's been trudging through the comedy clubs, supporting NUFC on the lookout for the elusive English tapas for years, man.
  7. Hard to believe him AND Pardew have come across as less than honest at different tribunals.
  8. It was the changes, simple as that. Gamez and mbemba looked a bit ropey, especially Gamez, the rest just weren't at it and Mitrovic I'm afraid to say was fucking gash, I just can't see him being a good PL forward if/when we go up, lack of pace, didn't win too many headers, (in fact it was pretty comfortable for their defenders against him). Maybe being harsh on him but he looked championship level at best yesterday. Obviously Rafa had to change with the games being this Tues and Fri but it was maybe a few changes too many. Gamez looked out of his depth and lost which is surprising considering where he's came from.
  9. Easy to say, and I don't want to sound like a knob but you had to have been there, felt the despair, the gut wrenching fear of going to the 3rd division, the financial implications, Hall probably jacking it and not giving KK any help, like DK said, KK would've been allowed to go, the probability that time had run out and weren't looking like scoring and then DK wellied the cunt from nowhere in the corner beyond the Knight was it? Cue bedlam, utter, utter relief fused with delirium/ecstasy/basically going fucking mental. Like I said, you had to have been there. Even the following week at Leicester was basically the same, only difference was there was obviously less fans to witness it, (I was in a bar listening on a radio, every fucker like a new dad awaiting the news that their lass and the baby were OK). It was certainly character building as a supporter.
  10. Depends on your perspective? (A question mark on my sentence here being the same). Anyway, I was just metaphorically pulling your plonker, KCG.
  11. If you were used to asking questions you would've put a '?' after that sentence.
  12. Just shove a drink at him, tell him to 'get it doon your fucking neck, you big Jessie!' and I'm sure he'll come out of his shell.
  13. "So, we booked that place in Nottingham city centre?" "Yeah, 7.30 on the 15th......Shit! What about Martin?" "Just put him on a plane to Berlin, he can crash with his mate." "Err, we did that last year." "Well just book an extra table in Nottingham for the 15th." "Well, he's teetotal now, I'm not sure it'll be his cup of tea?" "Alright, don't bother then, we'll just blame it on his invite getting lost in the Christmas post. Fuck'im."
  14. I must be the only one on here who doesn't work somewhere that does these work parties. If there's been a Christmas drink in the past it's just a few of the lads organised it themselves, (and paid for it themselves too). Can only think of one occasion where the company paid a tenner per head for the drink kitty. Then again, on a positive note, there's never been bran tub/secret Santa/Christmas cards shite either, so every cloud etc.
  15. I love them more than fish. Wait, did you say tictacs?
  16. Didn't realise you were so young, unless you were released from prison in 2009?
  17. The great Ewerk v Scoobos feud was a bit like an epic Watford v West Brom clash.
  18. Keep expecting to see the word 'Gone' when I see a new post in this thread.
