    I watched the game via RTE. Arghhh!!! Would've loved to have seen his dial.

    Shearer basically lead the interview. TG is all about himself and the other kid is Jamie Redknapp lite. I enjoyed it because it was Shearer doing the vast majority of the talking, there was a few things I'd have asked Alan on the back his answers but these two were too young or not informed enough to grasp what to ask and when.

    Coral pay Shearer as an 'ambassador'. By coincidence and probably as another way of playing up to the 'lad' culture and getting young'uns to bet with them, they've also agreed to sponsor True Geordie so that's how he's ended up with Shearer I'd hazard a guess?

    That was canny although I did wonder a bit of the general lack of knowledge/perspective from TG and his southern sidekick, also Shearer himself getting the odd thing wrong. Had to laugh at TG comparing himself with Shearer albeit slightly tongue in cheek, (should've been 100% tongue in cheek) about being famous in Newcastle.
