  1. The Celtic match thread is genuine gold. One of the other threads about trouble with Celtic is classic RTG infighting blaming every cunt, from Celtic, to their own fans, to the people of Hendon, to that slippery cunt Robinson. I couldn't believe the lack of Mag mentions but someone apparently spotted a 'Mag' at the game so a 'Mackem bingo' house was confirmed.
  2. Tbh, if you'd go for Remy you might as well go for Carroll, neither have played much football in the last couple of years nor are likely to play much in the next couple. I wouldn't take either and I liked them both up here as players but pointless paying someone fortunes to not be available or not be match fit on a regular basis.
  3. Depends. How much do you want?
  4. Cheers, 1st time it happened was a massive shock, obviously this time we were a bit more prepared just a shame it was left to the youngest to deal with this one. She's ok.
  5. Missus had a seizure yesterday, I was at work, 15 year old out and 12 year old had to deal with it by herself including phoning ambulance then (eventually) getting through to me and her sister once ambulance men were here. Big shock to her and she was upset but she's played a blinder. Obviously feel terrible I didn't realise she rang for about 10 mins. Anyway, back home and everyone ok just a bit tired and sore and I'm bunged up and rang in emergency hol. Could've done without it.
  6. That reminds me, haven't had a look on rtg for a few weeks.
  7. Sad to hear that, Troops. Unfortunately utter cunts walk amongst us.
  8. I've had the odd compliment on it, funny enough, which I found a bit weird as it's something I wouldn't do myself on somebody else's watch. (Not because I'm an ignorant cunt, I just wouldn't pay it that much attention).
  9. The back is a 'skeleton' as well. It needs wound up if you leave it off for a couple of days. It was a fathers day present as my old one bit the dust. It's about £110 as I couldn't bare paying much more on a watch. Also has to be a leather strap, not keen on any kind of metal strap tbh.
  10. Watched it yesterday and like Tooj thought the tension and cinematography were excellent. I thought it was largely good but it didn't convey the numbers involved at times. Anyway, overall very good and definitely nothing like films based on US battles/soldiers.
  11. Don't wear it much unless I'm going out and even then probably less than half the time. Still like it though.
  12. I'm currently reading, 'Sapiens, a brief history of humankind' by Yuval Noah Harari. Been a very interesting read so far. Basically homo sapiens have wiped out everything from the get go and would've been a lot happier being hunter gatherers. (It's a lot better than that summary tbh).
  13. The oldest wanted us to call her new sister that because she was Disney princess daft. She'd tell Grannies cooing at her sister in the pram her name was 'Briar Rose'. Sometimes we wouldn't bother correcting her just to see the looks on the Grannies faces.
  14. Ah! Arathorn's young'un. How's Arathorn these days?
  15. Discover? My Mam used to watch it. It was about a women being an crime detective/author using the pen name Remington Steele and Brosnan pretending to be Steele. It was as shit as it sounds tbh.
  16. Honestly wasn't sure if someone had tried to take a pic of him on the sly and he'd noticed them doing it but then I realised who we're talking about here.
  17. Either way, who the fuck would have a photo took of them like this?
  18. I preferred Taylor and Bestys take on it.
