They were.

They were but their shirts in '86 were also superb and as classics go seem to fly under the radar.

Was thinking more along the lines of T&Cs, is it viable? Is it a glorified sweatshop? What kind of shift pattern do they operate? Who owns them and what's their record like with employees? Is it unionised? Are there any perks? I couldn't give a fuck about the actual job, I'd sharp pick that up.

I've no idea how many, no idea about anything to do with the place, especially as it isn't an established local company so I'm not wetting my knickers about potentially going there. (Don't really fancy factory work/shift work anymore, to be honest as I've done my share).
-
There's a few at my place seem to think they'll be going to that new factory without enquiring about terms, conditions and whether they'll actually be wanted although apparently there's been talks between the two companies about cherry picking, sorry, recruitment, when my place shuts.

Delicious reasoning by the boring cunt for his sacking and the daily mail giving him the platform for culture war bollocks. How he's lasted this long I'll never know. He actually came across as if he hated almost every second of his pundits role. You think he'd be over the moon to get to his retirement age? -
Good to see you've pulled yourself round.

Got to say, I'm a big fan of England matches being in the 'other games' thread. (It's how I usually find out their results).
-
The same cunts who always vote for them plus a section who float from party to party on the advice of the papers/radio hosts etc willing to change their minds on tap like Dave from the fast show because they're empty vessels.

Just watched 15 mins BBC news on catch up from 12 o'clock after watching sky news live at 12 o'clock. There's such a difference in tone, sky basically telling it how it is, BBC news spending 5 mins having Andrea Leadsom talking shite and not really getting grilled very much from their political editor.

Only been to America once, (under a labour govt), it was virtually $2 to the pound). This budget should be a suicide note and it looks like it's being received as much.

Charlie Adam always looked the most likely to chosen to be an extra as a 1940s British Tommy out of all his fellow PL players when he was playing.
-
He might not yet have the sporting director knowledge but the first team will have The knowledge.

"Y'knaa what it is, yi take the kid under your wings, show'im the ropes, rub his nose in the shit till he knaas the Geordie roar and then once he flies the nest he comes oot with this shite? Next time he pops his heed in Thomma hoose ahm ganna have a word in the real office and have his heed doon the bog, sort of flush some sense into him! Lol. NUFC reporters, man. Plenty of imitations but there's only one real McCoy. Laters, Ryder and fucking out."

If you live somewhere like the east end of Newcastle and you don't know any contacts for anything trade related like the fish's needs then it's the same as admitting you don't like a pint or football in as much as blokes would raise an eyebrow and would secretly think you've dipped one toe in the wrong'un sea. I can't speak for Seaton Sluice.
