  1. The current top two stays the same for me, the next four places are definitely up for grabs with one team missing out on the CL, (assuming 5th gets CL). Can't see anyone else this season not already in the top six getting in those positions which is going to be really, really hard to break to sky sports that two of their 'traditional' (Ha!) top six aren't going to make it. (I'd tell them myself but I've chosen to instead break it to a mother and father that their two children have died in a car crash with their grandparents. It was that or telling the sky sports lot but I thought that the sky lot would be a bit more emotional at their bad news).
  2. Before or after they relegate you into the 3rd division? >>> <<<
  3. Man U were bad the first time but still better than now, Chelsea are having a better season now but that's offset by Liverpool coming good this year compared to then. Botman situation was better then than now but we didn't have Tonali then, Burn isn't left back this season, I don't know, I'm still saying that was the greater achievement if we do it again this year. Still half a season to go so it's too hard to judge really.
  4. A fine will DEFINITELY deter clubs who had money BEFORE 2023 to keep their houses in order. Anyone else? Sorry but a points deduction will be the absolute best and only deterrent.

  6. Getting CL this season wouldn't be as great an accomplishment this season as it was the first time he did it IMO.
  7. I couldn't remember the Sunderland manager's name but I'm expected to know who some actor was from Hollyoaks?
  8. I've no idea what he's on but it frees it up.
  9. 🎵 He came from France He took a chance, Regis, Roger He came from France He took a chance, Regis, Roger He came from France He took a chance He's managing in a waste expanse Ah divvin even knaa his name? 🎶
  10. If we get the offer we seemingly have for Miggy the club will do what they think is best and they usually do ok, fwiw, I'll be amazed if they don't sell him, take the transfer fee and use his wages for somebody else either now or summer whichever works out the best for availability.
  11. We'll have done well getting CL football considering our start, we're on a very good run but have to keep it going and pray nothing happens to Alexander the great. Had we started like this and kept it going more or less we'd have a decent outside shout at the title but there's zero chance we're doing it this season. IF fifth gets you CL football we've still got to be on it as I can't see Man City being shit all season, Chelsea are a team in transition with some talent who are hot and cold in the same match, forest I feel will carry on picking up points but do think they'll start to stumble a bit the nearer the finishing line comes close, (we did, somehow finishing 4th instead of 3rd where we really should've finished that year gifting it to Ten Bob's side who weren't as good as our side). Whether Forest have enough points in the bag to accommodate their inevitable wobble who knows? The current top six are going to be the final top six IMO it's just one team is going to miss out on the CL. I'd be surprised if that team is the blue mancs.
  12. Of course not. Can you imagine the following.... 'Pep, great win, are you resigned to losing Haaland?' 'Arne, great win, are you resigned to losing Salah?' 'Sir Alex, great win, are you resigned to losing Ruud Van Nistelrooy?' 'Arsene, great win, are you resigned to losing Dennis Bergkamp?' 'Roger, great win, are you resigned to losing Luke O'Nien?"
  13. "Welcome to Thunderous Thursday, 'United'© looking to move up to 12th place tonight at Old Trafford, the theatre of dreams against..... Hang on a minute.....[presenter checks notes]..... Southampton! They're playing Southampton so should be a win for 'United'©. Jamie, are they a bit short up front and do you think Alexander Isak would help them to challenge again?"
  14. It's basically because they just can't get away with such a good player not playing for one of their boys. That's it.
  15. "Eight consecutive wins for Newcastle putting them up to fourth. Jamie, how close is Ruben Amorim to turning it around and getting 'United'© challenging for champions league football?"
  16. If Thanos could just keep his shots down a bit, please? We've had a couple of real warnings, need a second and we're laughing.
  17. No daft passes out by them, their manager's not daft. Not totally on it so far.
  18. Rio Ferdinand thinks it would be great for Ruud van Nistelrooy and Leicester if they got a draw tonight at SJP.
  19. There was a Scottish lass on who was gorgeous and it's not something I watch a lot. For obvious reasons.
  20. Sky sports news top news story at the top of the hour is sound bites from 14th placed Man Utd manager's press conference for their game TOMORROW with 20th placed Southampton. Going to go all MLF on yo asses here but just for one nano second, imagine Arsenal are about to play Spurs in a London derby trying to keep in touch with leaders Liverpool, Newcastle United are looking to go fourth just behind potentially Arsenal and Forest. Moyes is managing Everton for the first time in over a decade and this was happening TONIGHT. Then imagine if Palace were 14th instead and playing 20th placed Southampton tomorrow. I'm guessing the Palace manager's press conference might not, (just bear with me here), might not be the top news story? Just a hunch, like.
