When they were talking about these 'side hustles' it didn't seem to be stuff like CT selling his brand new equipment from his 23rd new hobby of the year on eBay.

We once tried deliveroo from a place in the town. Answered the door and there was a kid giving us the bait from his bicycle. So the poor cunt had pedeled from the town to the promised land of Walkerville. Needless to say it was cold. We heated it up, didn't bother complaining as the lad hadn't done anything wrong except not a have a car so I said I'd never use it again.

This Rwanda business.....

I'm merely pointing out the positive aspect of the piece and they can call it what they want tbh, RR.

BBC news this morning, 1/4 people have a 'side hustle'. It's an extra job so they're talking about an app. Big banner on the bottom saying 'side hustle' making it sound as though folk are making a killing, hustling etc rather than focusing on why they're having to do two jobs in the first place. The banner could've said 1/4 forced into two jobs but the BBC of course make sound a positive thing. Fucking standard on this business section.

Cisse would've had a fucking field day with VAR, like.

Don't let CT see that gif of a young gemmill or he'll end up needing savlon for his mushroom to ease the pain from the frantic ham shanks he'll have had.

What's Sunderland's Luke O'Nien* got to do with it? * I looked his name up.

Is Taylor Payne still looking for Philippe Albert or does he think he's now famous enough to not pretend to look for a player he was too young to have seen?

I got the Mexico version the other day for the wife, they must've just added the NUFC one as it wasn't there then.

Apart from the obvious cruelty and predictability of it, look at the BBC's photographic example of someone suffering and who would be affected by this..... Ahhh, the poor lamb's got a little bit of a sore neck. I mentioned something similar a few weeks ago where they had a video of a young lass lying cosy on a settee with a big jumper on and sipping a mug of coffee which was in relation to people being off work on the sick. It's almost as if they're trying to misrepresent people who are genuinely ill?

I ended up knocking back the chance of the job. I think he's legit but I can't be sure and at the end of the day I don't fancy 24/7. Got out of bed at three and getting in touch with him then notice two emails, one inviting me for an assessment for a job I was interested in, another one asking if I could start as soon as I'm finished for another job I enquired about and when they could ring me plus someone phoned up asking me to go for an interview on Wednesday. I didn't know whether I was coming and going and obviously still half asleep.

I've noticed that as well. 'free parking' put on with a straight face. Here, cunt chops, your factory isn't in Newcastle city centre with no car park. The lad I'm spoken to has sent me the agency's T&C's and there's nothing about notice period, nothing about the wage other than not less than the minimum wage, the holidays are less than the holidays of the company he's wanting me to work for, no guarantee I'll be took on after three months, no guarantee I'll be a temp indefinitely on a shit shift pattern, a wage that doesn't justify the shift pattern, nothing in the agency contract that states my working hours. He's basically sent me the company's details, job description, wage, holidays etc of where he wants me to work but the T&C's of the agency who will be my actual employer aren't the same and are a blank cheque for his agency and for the company where I'll be working to take the piss. I thought there was a law in place where you have to be on the same T&C's as a comparable worker these days? I don't think I'll be taking a chance tbh.

Nee chance.

Unfortunately it's becoming like this, one of my ex-employers are hiring and going down this route and I know of a few others doing it. Keeps them in control for a while. I won't be going gung ho at anything. I'm still looking around.

Remember two of ours down in the box at the anfield road end as Liverpool score? Didn't hear a fucking peep then.

"You wouldn't be questioning playing on when someone's down with a head injury, would you carragher?"
-
Not really but in a way that makes me think they must be serious? A normal interview, a written test and/or some kind of rig test would be more than enough. If after all that it turns out to be Mickey mouse they'll just see a dust imprint of where I was standing.
-
As far as I'm concerned they're all full of shit but there's enough between the lines where what he says might be legit?
-
I'll see the agency lad on Wednesday when I'm off and take it from there. Apparently it's not a 'normal' temp job as he's strict on who he puts forward for his client, (I'm supposed to do a ten minute presentation after my interview if I agree to doing it ) so it might be legit so I'll just suck it and see for a bit. The presumption is you get taken on after three months and your wage goes up when you pass certain bits of training. We'll see.
